When Adam Strange arrived with Master Chief, it was quickly sorted out that the Rannians killed by the Spartan soldier were unfortunate but necessary executions as there was nothing that could be done for them as they were effectively dead as soon as the Rannians became affected.

Adam Strange was forced to order all Rannians to stay indoors and protected until the current crisis could be avoided.

They turned their attention to Blanka. Anya Stroud explained how the beast man had saved her and that he had helped her remove the threat of the Flood Infection before the creatures were able to infect more Rannians.

Adam Strange interrogated Blanka and learned that he was from the Street Fighter universe.

Ken Masters was summoned and Masters; along with the other Street Fighters arrived to see that Blanka now numbered among them.

They were briefed about the threat of the Flood Infection and it was suggested that they stay together and try to stay in touch with the GoW crew and the Spartan soldier and keep close to them since any more arrivals could be a deadlier threat.

Day 75: Mid Evening; a replicated planet Rann in an alternate reality.

Chun-Li was in Hong Kong. She had just finished giving classes in Kung Fu and was getting ready to go home when she was taken by the rift in reality.

Zangief was wrestling a huge Kamchatka Brown Bear.

Zangief had hurled the bear away from him when he was captured by a rift in reality.

Flood Carriers appeared around Rann but found it difficult to find victims because the Rannian populous had been ordered to stay inside for their own protection.

Chun-Li and Zangief emerged from the rift in reality and were greeted by sight of the Flood Carriers.

The Flood Carriers saw them and finally saw potential victims.

Zangief and Chun-Li had a rivalry but neither of them were prepared for the sight of the Flood Carriers. Neither of them had any kind of ranged attacks, they were both close range fighters. Both were in more danger then they had ever been in in their lives but they did not quite know it.

The Flood Carriers advanced on the two Street Fighters and the only thing that saved Chub-Li and Zangief was the fact that they were wary because they nothing about what they were facing.

Zangief desperately wanted to crush the Flood Carriers but Chun-Li warned him not to touch them.

Both Street Fighters kept their distance from the creatures but they were at a loss about what else to do. They had no idea where they were or why they were here.

Zangief was struggling to overcome his instincts. His instinct was wrestling and he was almost ready to give in and attack Flood Carriers when the GoW armadillo appeared, accompanied by a Rannian policeman and a Spartan warrior from the Halo universe.

The Spartan wasted no time and began attacking the Flood Carriers. The Rannian cop followed and so did the GoW soldiers after they emerged from the armadillo.

Chun-Li and Zangief watched as the soldiers blasted the Flood Carriers into bits.

Finally the Rannian cop landed and told them to wait while he summoned someone.

Chun-Li and Zangief stood by bewildered.

Ken Masters and the rest of the Street Fighters still on Rann arrived and when Cammy White and Guile saw Chun-Li they shouted with joy and rushed to greet their friend.

Chun-Li and a slightly reluctant Zangief joined with the other Street Fighters.

They all compared notes.

Ken Masters was forced to admit he could find no trace of M. Bison, Evil Ryu and the other villainous Street Fighters.

They were instructed to keep looking and stay in contact with the Armadillo and the Spartan.

The Dominators took the evil Street Fighters to Earth swiftly.

M. Bison, Sagat and Balrog were delivered to Shadaloo headquarters somewhere near Bangkok.

Vega was delivered to his mansion in Madrid.

Evil Ryu was delivered to Tokyo.

Now the Prophet of Regret had Flood Carriers at his disposal. He wasted no time deploying them.

The White Martians that J'onn J'onzz was tracking soon realized that they should enter the fray.

One of them attacked Captain Comet. Another attacked Mister Fixit, still another attacked Starhawk and the last one attacked Hawkman and Hawkwoman.

J'onn J'onzz was happy that the White Martians were flushed out but he saw that Richard Rider and the Nova Corps were wrapped up in the fight against the Covenant and they couldn't provide any help.

J'onn rushed to the rescue of his Hawk friends.

The armadillo only had room for five. The addition of Anya Stroud meant that the Spartan soldier was forced to walk alongside the vehicle but that was ok. the Spartan soldier was genetically engineered to be able to keep up.

Marcus Fenix and Anya Stroud only had eyes for each other. They told each other what they'd been through and then they talked about how much they missed each other.

Damon Baird, Augustus Cole and Dominic Santiago got busy finding things to do in an attempt to give the lovebirds privacy.
