Invasion Of Chaos, since nearly every booster had cards that were instantly playable, and not a bunch of 500 Atk Monsters, Union Monsters that were useless without the other half of the Union, or Spells that recovered like 500 LP or did 600 Dmg...
Legacy of Darkness is to me what IOC and MFC is to my friend (He got DMOC and Dark Paladin)
I got Fiber Jar and Drop off... but if u think about it... those were the only two...
Out of ALL of the boosters... Ancient Sanctuary must be my favorite. It brought forth one of my favorite cards in the game, one I can hardly live without... Blowback Dragon. Also, it's very well-balanced, no game-breaking cards, but a few cards to help each deck type.
Though, if we MUST choose from the list, I'll go with Pharoah's Servant. This set alone carried more Traps than the previous 3 sets had together, making Traps much more playable - note on IO, Call of the Haunted, Gravity Bind, and others. Also, just to rid us of these traps and others, they brought in Jinzo - above average ATK on a 6-Star, searchable by Witch, and a Trap-negating effect. Nothing too bad with PSV.
Magicians Force Is..To Me The best pack For One Reason....MAgical Scientist!!!
I waited Sence Pharohs Servent for that Pack to come out, LOL, and Look At What it has accomplished. However you look at It Each Pack had a little of somthing for somone, Somwhere. So to say and Individual Pack Is Greater then the other Can be and Cant be wrong. In My oppionion, I belive that Each Pack Holds a Certain Art and Respect. True to the fact is the 2 New Packs That Came Out, SOD, and ROD, Each toghether to Complete a Set, INdeed. LOL, Look at it anyway You want........
The first would be IOC cuz almost every card in the pack is playable. (Good for me since I hate spending money on packs and end up getting all commons and one useless rare card. This happens to me a lot.) I also want a Black Tyranno and Chaos Cards. Second would be PGD cuz I dig those reusable flip effects (Swarm of Scarabs, Swarm of Locusts, etc. but I hate those Gravekeeper Monster/Magic/Trap Cards and those Zombie-Type related cards. I don't use zombies unless they have really good effects). Third...DCR since I have always wanted a "Metallizing Parasite - Lunatite" and Archfiend Cards but all I get are those Guardian Cards and and Archfiend Magic/Traps. (WHAT GOOD ARE THOSE THINGS IF I DON"T HAVE AN ARCHFIEND!!!) Still, those Guardians do help out occassionally...(Like once or twice) and I have come to love them.
mfc provided a great deal of good cards for spellcasters and it is my fav but ioc is one of the strongest. almost all the cards in ioc are playable in any deck (except one playing advanced) and alot of them are natural gamebreakers. btw, i pulled a DMoC from my very first ioc pack so it is not really all that hard to get a good card from it either.
LOD - Hands down. If you had to play sealed-pack and could only choose one expansion, Legacy of Darkness would give you the best deck. Exiled Force, Twin-Headed Behemoth, Ha Des, Creature Swap, Yata, Lily, Marauding, Tyrant Dragon, Freed, Airknight, Spear Dragon, Nyan Nyan, Fiber Jar, Bottomless Trap Hole, Drop Off, Last Turn, ALO, Reinforcements/Warrior Returning Alive...
And to the guy who said MFC because of Magical Scientist...you still need Ryu Senshi, Balter, Fiend Skull Dragon :)
There are A LOT of good cards in this set. IOC has to be a very close second because of the sheer power of some of the tougher pulls (DMOC, Black Luster, Emporor Dragon). IOC is an awesome set, but LOD gives you the best chance of pulling a great card without having to buy two boxes.
