can a clix with super strength carry another fiigure
To echo Funky Jett No. Only fliers can carry other characters that are not fliers. Many people would like to see a situation where SS characters can carry or throw other characters. But that can't currently happen.
If Cerce (who has mystics TA) has one token, and she gets incapacitated by Green Arrow so that she takes another token and gets pushed, does Green Arrow take a click of damage as well.
Another similar question, if a character uses Force Blast on Circe and she hits a wall, does the character using force blast take a click of damage as well.
In the case of the Incap attack, the damage comes from being pushed, not from the attack itself. If the Incap attack was enhanced to deal damage along with the action token, then the attacker would take the retaiation damage.
Forceblast is similar. The attack itself (and yes, FB is considered an attack) deals no damage. Hitting the wall is what generates the damage.

In the first case, the damage is coming from being pushed, not from the attack so no retaliation against Green Arrow.
In the second case, again the damage is not from the attack (Force Blast does no damage) so no retaliation damage.

I don't Know if this has been covered in this thread or not (sooo much to read, so little time), but I recenently aquired a V Johnny Alpha. I know next to nothing about the Indy clix and was wondering what the 2000 A.D. TA did.

The Indy Team Abilities can be found on the Indy Powers and Abilities Card. Here is the entry for the 2000AD:
"2000 AD At any time during the game, you may declare an opposing team or character as your target. Once the character or team is chosen, it may not be changed. All 2000 AD team members increase their attack value by 1 when attacking the chosen team or character."
There is also the Indy FAQ entry:
"Designating a single character for this team ability means the 2000 AD team ability applies only to that single character, even if more than one of that character is in play."
