k, I know a few of these have been answered already, but I just accidentally posted these in the Marvel thread.
- Flavor text on Trigon, the first half "This world and everything in it is mine" is from Psalm 50:12 of the Bible, as spake by God
- The flavor text on From the Shadows is faded at the beginning, becoming more visible from left to right.
- Not really an easter egg, but Museum Heist's flavor text says "This crime will be my crowning achievement", and in the picture, Catwoman is stealing a crown.
- On Kidnapping, each of the Mad Hatter's brainwashing tags has the exact same percentage (1/10, 2/20, 3/30)
- The answers to the riddle on the picture of Riddle Me This is "Stars", and the answer to the flavor text "What has yellow skin and writes?" is a ball-point banana/a banana pen, a riddle which appeared in the original 1966 "Batman: The Movie" movie, starring Burt Ward and Adam West.
- The flavor text of "Red Star" when translated, reads (loosely): "I used to serve the parties/governement, and now I serve the people of the Soviet Union." The reason this card is hard to translate is that when you italicise the Russain alphabet, the letters look a lot different than when not italicised.
Why is it that some of the cards in the card list include flavor text that doesn't appear on the actual card? DOes this flavor text only occur on non-1st ed. cards?
UDE sent around the card list to all of the sites, including the intended flavour text for cards where there wasn't room - they did the same for the Spidey starter...
