I realize that Kang and Abomination surprised my team but Kang tried to jump on top of Batman. After talking to Choon Hui he clarified that Kang is in KK9 not KK11.

ChoonHui, as R Hulk does not have leap/climb on his first click, there is no way he could get to I3. He would either have to stop in the first square of the bushes or stop when he is adjacent to Selene.

Aquaman whispered “Green Lantern give us some light in here.” John held up his ring and emerald flood lights appeared shot out beams into the gloom. Up ahead the cave opened out into a room that seemed to be faintly illuminated.

“John get us all into that room as quick as possible. Formation RA2 with Deathstroke taking Superman’s Place” Batman growled.

“I suppose I should be honored. If I didn’t realize that that position is the one most likely to be attacked.”

In an eye blink the group exploded into the room. Kang whirled from looking at the treasure chest. As he pulled out a device a batarang flashed out and knocked it from his hand. Kang snarled and pointed his palm blasters at Aquaman. Deathstroke lobbed a grenade at Kang and it exploded into a gooey mess, gumming up his visor and the blasters. The resulting beam barely singed the King of the Seas.

“Kill Them!” Screamed Kang.

Out of the darkness a green shadow leapt out and punched Aquaman in the gut. Water and air flew out of him left the hero staggering obviously in trouble.

“Move away from the brawler. Concentrate on the shooter. GL get Aquaman to somewhere Fred can work on him.”

John pushed his will to the limit and grabbed the Arthur and Fred in giant hands. As he went over Deathstroke's head partially passing through the stone ceiling Slade grabbed at Fred’s feet and held on until he was on the other side of Kang. “Boo! Bet you didn’t know that stuff had a corrosive side effect did you? Well you do now. All that nifty armor is about as useful as tissuepaper.

John came to ground and dropped Aquaman and Fred behind him next to the wall. He went down to one knee and said “Whew, that took a lot out of me.”

Wonder Woman charged Kang and swung a haymaker that he saw coming a mile away and ducked under.

Batman sighed and let loose with two more batarangs lodging in the power junctions for Kang’s stun cannons.
