This represents the theme of my Akatsuki cards-> winning the game through an alternate condition. Like Deidara, there are alternate ways of putting biju counters on Nine Dragon Consuming Seals, so you don't have to wait until turn 10 to win. Deidara's other power represents his explosive clay abilities. There are also other cards that work off of having biju counters on NDCS, like these cards, for instance:

Well you still keep on doing cards...awesome. But most of them are so broken :p

I would think Pein should be an 8-drop at least. I mean, he defeated Hanzo, a guy who took out all three Sannin at once. That's pretty dang impressive.
