honestly it would have to be spider-man>peter parker, i love his effect and artwork, i do not like the ea one, it makes him look fat and stupid, alex ross sucks as a artist everyone looks the same and become men for some odd reason, anyway well...my uncle raised me and i always related to the spider-man character, i help pay the bills for my mom and at the same time trying my best to be a good husband and father to my wife and son
I know this is way late... but I just realized something.
You could activate Unus while someone else is being attacked...
Player1: "I take my Dr. Doom into your Mastermind"
Player2: "Ok in responce I will activate Unus giving, Unus +2 Def"
Player1: "Wow, that's just stupid.. I guess I will scoop because Unus has +2 Def and I was attacking Mastermind"
I believe there was actually a situation where I had to call a judge over. Somone had attacked me directly [I had a concealed character] and played It's All Too Easy. I played a plot twist from hand to give my concealed character +2 attack for the attack ... even though it wasn't involved in the attack.
Since the card targetted a character, and the duration was the attack, but it didn't specific attacker and/or defender ... it worked :)
Sure, it only reduced the damage by a bit, but it could be relevant if your opponent tries to say ... stun someone with Roy Harper while Roy is in the attack, but the person being targetted by Roy isn't.
Or to flip up resources to mess with Dr. Bedlam or the 1-drop Kree character, etc, etc, etc ...
Ghost Rider; Danny Ketch and Johnny Blaze - great representation of my favorite character of all time. I said to my friend that if Ghost Rider wasn't at least an 8-drop I would raise Hell. To my luck he showed up in his 8-drop glory at the MK sneak preview in my very last pack of cards. Christmas with a vengeance.
Doomsday; Armegeddon Creature - His art is outstanding and represents him all too well. Watch your opponent wet themselves when they see a monster truck charging at them without mercy.
Scarecrow; Professor Jonathan Crane - I worked tirelessly to accelerate the game to turn 11+ just to send back the opponent's entire board with Scarecrow. Surprisingly, his greatest moment came when I survived to turn 7 against a swarm deck and he was an astounding 32/32. ;)
Busted Knee - Simply for the art. Nothing says "gangsta" like Deathstroke shooting someone's knee. "No you don't, biatch!"
Once your done laughing at the fact that he's a Crimelord, I'll continue.
I know, virtually no flavour at all, not even flavour text.
But I like him......a lot.
Mainly because, in nearly every game I have ever played him in, my opponents have made some form of the following statement
"Wow, that guys waay too powerful....om......who is he?"
Also, he helped me make my first money playing VS. ;)
