Fantastic Four- It was my first deck so it is special to m e
Sentinals- Revamping for a pcq so hope it can still do good
Good Guys- What I am using now since the new Power Girl came out
Basicly any control deck- This would be number one but most control decks involve a lot of stratige and as much as I love it I rather just have fun with the game
I've gotta say my favorite decks are X-Statix/? , League/? or Thunderbolts/?. And by thunderbolts, I mean a curved out T-bolts that emphasises Karla Sofen on 4. These three teams are a little soft on their own, but with some team up help I love playing each one of them. Right now it's Dark-Statix. Prophetic Battle on Zeitgeist is just too much fun NOT to play.
as a collector who has never played, my ideas might be wrong, but my favorite deck is the army deck, like manhunter deck (my deck would be a manhunter deck if i played), sentinel deck, stuff like that.
Love the thread
1. Protector: Spiderfriends/Superman with a little help from the Pt Looka like Squad. ;)
2. Brickwall: CrimeLords ( that's right big baby) and Fantastic Four. True jank at it's finest with a Silver Surfer on top.
3. Smash-Mouth: Skrull/Hog/MK Beat Street Breakdown, yaah... :devious:
edit: Your not real until you create at least 1 original deck;) [warning] Deck building may cause uncontrollable increases in game performance and combat strategy [/warning]
Thanks Lightning Lizard.
I had a Mosaic World/Forced Allegiance deck that was really fun. Each character had an activated burn effect so on defense they would always lose something. Also while team attacking I'd always use Lady Vic on their largest character. I tried changing this for Rock of Eternity but haven't figured it out yet.
The one I was playing a few weeks ago was a Secret Six/Revenge Squad deck. Getting two or more Atomic Skulls or 3 drop Luthors was very, very fun. And it was almost never a problem getting all ongoing plot twists. The main problem was not having any really good defense ones. :( And now that they have a 6 drop that fits in perfectly it's a little more killer.
My favorite deck was, far and away, Fantastic Four with cars, molecules, and non-broken uses of Antarctic Research Base. If I could replay Indy 04' over and over I would.
I almost quit Vs when they banned ARB. Then I looked at the fate artifacts and shut up.
1) Ten Teams Child Lock (FFun looks dumb, so I'm specifying)
2) X-Men/JSA Swarm (which is no longer viable post-Light) or Great Guys (JLA/JLI/JSA) if you insist I make all the decks in the list legal
3) Future Foes Curve
4) My secret deck I'm working on that I'm not releasing yet
Even though I made money with Squad twice (once with Chicken Supreme, once with Fate Squad), I think it's really boring, so it doesn't make the list.
1. Growing Man(its hilarious to look at my opponents face when he's staring at a 20/19 GM on turn 6)
2. TNB(mmmm... old school fun, my first deck)
3. War Paint
4. Glock(great to say I win during the build phase)
1.Arkham Inmates
2.Revenge Squad (no, really)
3.Marvel Knights (Fan of Iron Fist)
4.Avengers (Especially the Team Attackers)
5.Inhumans (Fan of Karnak)
HONORABLE MENTION - Soon to be on this list - Marvel Defenders!
