"The bonus pack is a pack of five promo cards designed specifically for the Galactus deck. The best thing about these cards is that I got to make the cool characters from the best teams. I didn’t have to worry about Sealed Pack formats or anything else. I didn’t have to make facilitators or “nuts and bolts” cards; I just got to make the cool stuff. It’s just a little something I decided to throw in there as, well, a bonus. Hence the name “bonus pack.” There should be something in there for everyone, I think. There are cards for a lot of the different big Marvel teams, and I tried to get some cards in there that work well in multiplayer. Some of these can go right into your decks to help you beat Galactus. Others you might have different plans for. Do whatever you want with them; they’re there for your enjoyment.
Things you can do with these cards:
Give them out as a prize for anyone that manages to beat Galactus
Give them to your buddies who can’t win to give them a little help
Keep them for yourself and use them in your other Vs. decks to crush your opponents (muahahaha!)"
It never once mentions that he made more than 5 cards. The implication, to me, seems to be that every set comes with 5 pre-set extra cards.
I think they will be like the Hellboy foils. There are 5 cards in each pack and they are in a set group of 5 but you can get 1 of four diffrent sets of 5 in each set.
Each Coming of Galactus set includes an 80-card Galactus deck, five randomly inserted cards (20 to collect), an oversized Galactus card, a UDE Points card and a rulebook. The Galactus deck is designed to be played against decks from any other Vs. System release.
UDE made sure everyone would want one of these, not just the team :p

That tells me that it's not just 5 non-randomized cards. Even if it's just support for teams in Legends, that's a really tight fit. X-Men, FF, Doom, Brotherhood, Marvel Knights, etc.
"A lot" just seems to imply "more than 5." To me, anyway.
