You would be right on the roll for the Stones, except, Blackbeard himself has the Trait

So your 2 becomes a 3 and he keeps the Stones.
However if he had dropped it (needing a 1), you determine its square and you could Equip them. Per the rules definition, to Equip them the character must either be in the square they're in already or be holding them (they count as a Heavy Object so you would need Super Strength) and then take a dedicated Power Action to actually Equip them.

My Doom outwits Doom Supreme's Defense SP.
My Doom on your Doom, AV12 on DV18. Gets 7. Your Doom makes it 6. Still good enough. 4 to your Doom. 1 Mystics to mine.
Julie HSSto B17, attacks Sorcerer Doom, AV10 on DV18. Gets 8. Sorcerer Doom makes it 6. Uatu makes it 7. With her Special she may now place Vil next to her in B16
Since she's Placed, not Carried, Vil can take an Action. CCE on Doom for +1/+1. AV11 on Dv18. Gets 10. Doom makes it 11. SS is 1. 3 more to Sorcerer Doom and 1 to Vil.
So a total of 7 Damage to Sorcerer Doom this turn. That's actually probably better than if I had succeeded in HERBIE's Breakaway.
HERBIE Perplexes Thing's AV -1
A couple of things to remember. Dr. Doom can use his Time Portal when he's hit to avoid the Damage:

*Doom does not take the 1 Damage thanks to how own Trait.
He'll use it on any attack where he'd take 2 or more Damage.
Also if you would KO Julie or Vil (or I guess Franklin, but I don't see you going for him), HERBIE's Trait kicks in

I see advantages in in either one, I'll let you decide on whom to save, who to lose.

Go ahead and KO Blackbeard. I'm sad to lose him, but HERBIE's got his uses babysitting the kids. And he'll make a much harder target to follow up on. Blackbeard would be pretty easy pickings.

I was about to question your use of Sorcerer Doom's healing, but Blackbeard's KO triggers FFTA and Vil at least, heals back to her starting click so, I guess that counts.
But if she was on her Starting click, High Evolutionary's 3 Damage wouldn't KO her - though I question his LOF to her in the first place. Between Mr. Fantastic and Julie, he shouldn't be able to to target Vil. If he were targeting anyone from A16, it would have to be Julie.
THE WORLD WILL ALWAYS HAVE A SORCERER SUPREME: When an opposing character is turned to its starting click (this game), after resolutions roll a d6 and heal Dr. Doom the Sorcerer Supreme equal to half the result.
At first I didn't see where the necessary trigger to use the power happened. But FFTA healing on Vil (back to her first click) when Blackbeard was KOd did fulfill the conditions to trigger that.
Okay, so Blackbeard down, which heals Vil 1, then Vil takes 1 from Reed.

I like figuring out these figures but feel so outclassed here. Your little Herbie and Uatu steal any chances of kos and your Doom can do all the koing on my guys.

I'm confused. Uatu's on his last click. His Defense is only 15 right now. Your Doom should have had no problem hitting him with that 6 for a KO, pending a SS roll anyway. We could call Thinker's 7 Uatu's reroll.
