No-Name - The biggest problem I see here is the density of powers. That seems like it may be a side effect of the format for the contest. A redesign with each of the Infernal Arms as an equipment would clean it up nicely, I think. Also the wording on the map trait is a little vague. Does each player provide 3 maps? I even avoided giving him any powers that aren't the required colors as part of an SP or Trait, just to be on the safe side (in case someone would argue that's bending the criteria rules too far). The intention of his trait is by giving someone false information while posing as an ally, he makes them let their guard down and feel more at ease when they shouldn't, and makes it easier to "trust" him as he gives up misinformation. He's not going to take down Superman in a fistfight, but he's clever enough to set someone up for his own allies to take down.

Insight
Wanted to continue to spotlight my queer heroes from history. This one happens to have written the tale on everyone’s lips these days although Disney has bastardized it beyond recognition. Not that Ursula isn’t one of the greatest antagonists in cinema, the title and the transformation are about the only things paralleled in the original work. If it is his most loved creation, it only edged out the other tales marginally. Disney has been mining HCA since the second his works hit public domain, Frozen being the most successful, but all have seen some form of theatrical release, although most strayed from the bittersweet conclusions he was famous for. We know HCA was queer because of the extensive journals he left behind. This guy hired prostitutes for conversation, wrote about his masturbation habits and what he was thinking of, and was asexual by choice. He was such a weirdo and I’m living for it. He’s also the most famous Dane since William III. Trying for both requirements considering he created two famous seafaring characters.

I was first introduced to Wave while wasting my free time in the Marvel Snap card game. In that game Wave's ability equalizes the cost of every card in both your and your opponent's hand, which lets you play high power cards for a steal and makes low power cards cost way more than they're worth. I reflected that in her trait by letting her make every kind of action have the same cost (as long as you're in water, of course).
As for the Tidal power, Heroclix terminology makes describing what amounts to a 4x3 area of effect a little wordy. I based the wording on xmxs047b Nimrod and a bit of uxm024 Cyclops so I think it works as intended as written.

Trying to go for both criteria. If I remember correctly, my guy here might have a few things in common with another contestant for this week, but that intel might be untrustworthy.
To keep a consistent theme, Mimic the Octopus is a main antagonist for Tangle and Whisper - an ex-soldier who sold out Whisper's old crew, getting them all killed in the name of self-preservation and self-enrichment. Tangle, seeking to help her totally-not-girlfriend, joins the hunt for Mimic after he starts impersonating Sonic the Hedgehog and starting a smear campaign to make the people lose faith in him. Criminal underworlds, high-stakes espionage and murderous revenge stories is exactly what I think of when I think 'Sonic the Hedgehog.' Totally.

Guess I’m sticking with a Hades theme this month. Here we have Poseidon. Kinda.
You see, the gods of Olympus never directly show up in gameplay. They send portions of their godly power down to Hades to help Zagreus out in his mission to escape. Collecting plenty of boons can really ramp up Zagreus’s power and make mincemeat of the dead souls trying to stop his escape.
However, sometimes you come across chambers in which you have to choose between the blessings of two gods, and let’s just say that the god you didn’t pick won’t be terribly happy about your choice. If you survive their wrath, they’ll bless you anyway, so these rooms are a really good way to get two for the price of one. Hopefully.
So here, you choose between boon and wrath. Boon basically turns Poseidon into a resource to attach to a character, giving that character a nice power boost.
Wrath puts Poseidon on the field, or rather his wrath. Again, it’s not actually Poseidon himself. He’s safe, far away. But this portion of his power can still cause a lot of pain for a very little cost.

Notes. This a newer dial design of an old favorite of mine. Years ago I did a complete set of Bioshock dials, including 2 teambases. (One for all of the Big Daddies and one for every kind of Splicer.)
I also did a few mods, too.
The dial designs didn't age well.
So I chose the Big Daddy that started it all for me, Bouncer. Bioshock is at the top of the list of my favorite video game franchises, along with Fallout and The Outer Worlds.
I was going to do one for Tyrak the Treacherous, but man, I wanted to revisit Bioshock in keeping with this video game dial theme I have going.
By the way, here are a few of the mods I did for Bioshock, in varying stages of construction.
I'm currently working on a custom set called Spider-Man and the Marvel Super Heroes (shameless self promotion), and one of the subthemes within that set is the 1966 Sub-Mariner cartoon. Namor is obviously a perfect fit for this round's criteria, but I've already made him and didn't want to just post a dial I'd already posted on the Realms, so instead here's a sneak preview for a dial that I haven't posted there yet but will eventually.

What a shame that WK didn't make a Shazam set this year—or 2019. Now I doubt that it will happen—at least not until there's a movie reboot. Would love an Earth-S (sub-)theme.

No-Name - The biggest problem I see here is the density of powers. That seems like it may be a side effect of the format for the contest. A redesign with each of the Infernal Arms as an equipment would clean it up nicely, I think. Also the wording on the map trait is a little vague. Does each player provide 3 maps? Do you provide all 6?

I wanted to put the weapons all together because splitting everything up into equipment feels like a ripoff, like you’d be expected to buy more and more stuff to play the character like he plays in the game. I try not to design things in which you’d need to buy more stuff. That and Zagreus MUST pick a weapon. And it didn’t feel right to tie a requirement to extraneous equipment. Actual manufacturers may not be thinking of the collector’s wallet when designing their collectibles, but I will! I want to save your imaginary money to play my imaginary Heroclix!
As for the maps? I’d just as soon leave that up to the players. How the maps get there is less important to me that they’d get there.

Could I just say this week was a really good prompt and everyone should be really proud of their work?
Hard to pick, but here are my votes for the week:
1.Joker- Combines all the wonderful weirdness of the Batman '66 set with modern innovations in delphin character design. A really fun Elaborate Deathtrap is the crowning touch.
2. Aquaman and Mera- A great choice for a duo, and I love how you can feel both Aquaman and Mera pulling their weight here. I think decididng when to use charge and when to use hypersonic would bea in interesting tactical choice.
3. Abe Sapien- I love that he gets something for being in hindering in addition to water, helps him stand out in the world of increasingly common water focused dials.
HM Captain Nemo: Love the Nautilus trait, really fits the legacy of Nemo and his magnificent vessel.

Ah, forgot to include flavor text. His weapon (or wispon, if you would) is the cube wispon, which essentially makes large platforms that he can use to elevate himself or impede others.
