1) My action failed. Since no one else has said the same, it's an educated guess that it's not JK related.
2) Maybe Rokk? To me, he's either trying to send us for a loop, or he's losing his touch a little. Or maybe he's distracted IRL, which I can't blame him for at all...
Thank you. I don't necessarily agree, but I appreciate the sharing of thoughts.

Okay then, same question for you, who would you remove today if we absolutely needed to?
Fair question. I agree with DB that Rokk would be my first pick just because he was the one arguing against protecting Grinner, but as it is, I don't think we have enough information to vote out anyone yet.

No. You’re twisting that. Show me where I argued against protecting Astros. I said the exact opposite: he needed protecting. What I said was I wanted to know more about him so we could avoid everyone over-committing to Grinner and giving the Mafia free reign to target whomever they wanted because they knew we were all watching out for Astros.
I have to admit, you just jumped way up in my list of suspicions for trying to paint the narrative in that manner.

You want to be suspicious of me, fine. I know I'm town, and I know Grinner is town. I know nothing about anyone else. Maybe Roy is sus for wanting us to start pointing fingers already.

Hardly. If I was scum I'd stay back in the cut. Scum wants days to end with as little action as possible. I'm trying to generate conversation, and gather information. Conversation during the day is the most powerful weapon the town has against scum.
I don't agree with your reasoning RE Rokk, but it IS a reason. It's a starting point. Getting a temperature of the room.
I'd like to hear the same from other players, specifically Darkstone: If we had to remove one person today, who would it be?
I wouldn’t mind a bit more clarification from Grinner as to his role. He’s being offered up as a large distraction right off the bat and while an Undoctorable Kill is a bad thing, it’s once versus time and again of us potentially putting resources on Astros only to find out he’s Vanilla or something potentially detrimental (alignment not-withstanding).
It’s just a little odd to have that Town announced right-up but also presented as someone who’s going to demand a lot of our actions, perhaps detrimentally if we don’t balance.

If we decide to throw everything behind Astros each Nite, that’s the equivalent of giving the Mafia the same Undoctored Kill isn’t it? So I would like to know more from him so he we can be more strategic. One doesn’t typically have their Innocence or Princess-hood (to use the Day version) announced so I feel there’s a reason that Stranger is dangling this in front of everyone.
And your quasi-hostile response to us is far from comforting either.

Those quotes aren't really saying what you want them too IMO. The second one especially. Rokk has clarified that we shouldn't throw everything to protect a townie. If we have a doctor on Astro + a JK + whatever else +++ then the rest of the town is wide open, hence the same as the undoctorable kill the scum would get anyway. I see the logic, and I go back and forth on the latter half of it, but it makes sense to me.
Also, Rokk being "quasi-hostile" is Rokk playing mafia haha

The difference between DB and you is DB didn’t try to paint a different narrative. You’re trying to tell people I did something I didn’t and I’ve played long enough to recognize a set-up shift. Please, show me where I said Astros shouldn’t receive protection.
Maybe that’s why I’m defensive: I don’t like someone trying to put a false image in people’s heads and I have to wonder why they do it.
Interesting though that DB is answering for you. Sticking up for a sibling or a teammate?

I'm cautious about all of you, but I was asked to name a specific person, and I did as I was asked to the best of my ability and understanding. What else was I supposed to do? I don't trust Destructo any more than anyone else at this point. For all I know, he could be playing us against each other. I am literally just speculating and throwing out ideas.
And now that DB has tried to support my suspicions, which I am more than fine with amending, how does that not count as him trying to "paint a different narrative"?
Also, DB is always defensive of me no matter what teams we're on. You should be used to that by now.
I know the previous Hybridity I think I started the chain on Carlos as I thought he was suspicious, only to have him turn up town.
My memory is rusty, but I'm seeing arguments that I remember quite some time ago the first few times I played with Rokk, where I was sure he was mafia, but in the end he was very helpful town. But I really think it is too early to tell now.
If I'd go for someone today, I'd still say The Darkstone might be the best option.
Did anyone else's action fail? I first thought it might be better to get some more information, but my action failed as well, so learning D'Boy's input might help us understand if there was some mass-blocking or other stuff going on? (I don't directly see a reason why D'Boy would lie on his action failing without any need first)
