Conversation I just had with a therapist needing a laptop for a presentation.
Therapist - I am in the conference center and you left the laptop, how do I get it to work?
Me- Did you read the note on the laptop?
Therapist - No I do not have time to read that the conference starts at 7am.
Me - Yes I dropped the laptop off at 630 and tested it all, did you not read the note?
Therapist - OK I found the power button and it is powered on, what is the password?
Me - It is also on the note, it is also on label by the power button, it says password is "Laptop123"
Therapist - OK, got it. How do I get the projector to work?
Me - Did you read the note and follow the instructions?
Therapist - No, I am too busy to read a note.
Me - Then, you are going to have to power down the computer and follow the instructions.
Therapist - What? Why? This is stupid, I am late.
Me - I dropped the laptop off 30 minutes early so you could read the note and follow the instructions. The projector in there does not typically work unless you follow the instructions.
Therapist - Can you come make it work?
Me - No, I have already been there, set it up, tested and left a note with specific instructions.
Therapist - $@$# %@$%% you, $#%$.
Me - Have you read through the note yet?
Therapist - This $#!%$#% laptop takes forever to reboot.
Me -Yes, that is why I left it early, tested and left the note. Thanks and let me know if you need anything else after reading the note.

This reminds me of Harpua answering frankie munoz's questions in the rules forum.
