Anyone else having a heck of a time with Puzzle Quest? It crashes constantly for me in the middle of battles and then counts it as a loss for me. So frustrating.
Only time that happens for me is when my phone runs out of battery. But yes, it's annoying when it happens.

I remember that feeling. IIRC, I tried to redeem the covers as late as possible and try to earn the HP for extra roster slots in the meantime. Wasn't fun though. What rares are we talking about specifically?
(By the way, you know you don't have to redeem recruit tokens immediately, right? If your roster is full, you can save them until spots open up).

Covers are only good for 7 days on the version I have. Then I think they disappear. I'll try and post another roster pic.
EDIT: Here you go.

Covers, yes, but the recruit tokens you win/buy do not expire. Only caveat is that special recruit tokens (like the Divine Champions token currently in the store) become regular Heroic tokens once the tournament has finished.
But yes, with that roster I don't know what I'd do TBH. If you really want to make room for Classic Storm I guess you could sell Black Widow, but that's not something I recommend.

If I drop anyone it will be Ares after this event. I can't stand characters who damage themselves or give the enemy a boost. Makes them only good for a killing blow.
I'm going to try and get enough coins to recruit Storm, but I only have like 4 days. I plan to max out C - Black Widow and then work on Thor followed by R - Black Widow. Those seem to work fairly well for me.

I have been having fun with Ares, but I do my best to try to minimize the drawback of his powers - I try to use Onslaught when the opponent can't use the Green it gives them, and Sunder when I am sure Ares will be able to pull off his recovery. Of course, having a "stun machine" Spider-man makes both a lot easier.
It's lot of fun to pull of a TPK with Rampage though.

Okay, shameless begging time. My kid is mad for Octonauts. It's a BBC show that seems to have a small but incredibly rabid following in the US. The Octonauts toys are adorable (they're straight up Hello Kitty knockoffs) and nearly impossible to find. But it seems that there are some of them still kicking around in Toys R Us stores. So if you happen to have a Toys R Us near your house, do me a favor and visit this page and check the "Select a store" option. If it turns out that they're actually in stock at a store near you, I will make it entirely worth your while to pick them up and ship them to me. And I'll post a picture of my kid in the throes of preschool ecstasy when he sees them.
What is this from? It's sold out here too.
If you let them kill your dreams, it'll haunt you.

None at any Toys R Us or Babies R Us in the Dallas/Fort Worth area.
Cheapest I found online was eBay for $44.70 shipped. Toywiz has for $47.99 plus shipping. Amazon has $58.95 shipped.
Sad how much gouging goes on in the toy market these days.

I am happy to say that Stan is on the case, and he is hooking me up. The gouging in this case has to do with actual scarcity and not the normal, manufactured variety. The show itself is pretty cute, and as far as preschool programming goes, and it's a lot more tolerable than many of the alternatives. It's pretty much undersea Star Trek, and the voice acting offers a fun tour of British regional dialects.

When I think gouging, I think of a moderately popular product with reasonable demand made in somewhat limited but still obtainable quantities. Then a neck-beard rolls into Toys R Us and buys them all and puts them on eBay for twice the price.
That's how it works with Masterpiece Transformers anyways.
Did I mention that when I visited my parents I discovered that the local toy store had the Lego Slave 1 on sale for half the MSRP - and since it's been sold out for a while, the online resale value was about three times what they asked.
So I bought it. And gave it to the kid for Christmas. He was very happy to get a second Boba Fett and a Han Solo in carbonite.
