Not that he's not a cult member, but if I'm not mistaken it would provide another explanation for Grinner's insight into the cultist mentality.

Not to get too sidetracked here, but isn't a cult just a mafia that builds itself during the game? Their win condition is still basically the same as mafia, isn't it? I suppose if they can't make a kill until they get a certain number of members they might be less picky. Or if the cult overwrites powers, instead of preserving them.

I gotta say, if by some chance Jack did turn out to be Mafia or cult, I don't think I'd take it well at all merely on account of how entertaining he's been.

Essentially. There's a lot of different ways to tweak cults, but they're thei own faction with their own goals. Generally speaking they need to recruit town because recruiting mafia is rare.

So is the most likely scenario we're looking at Mafia that's down 2 (hopefully 3 soon) members and a cult that's currently likely at 3-4 ish members?

How many threats is the town likely looking at yet? 5? 6?

Because of the way my role works, I would not be surprised to find out they worked like the Zombies from my recent game in this game. My power would be broken if they could communicate, so I don't doubt that mafia recruitment is possible in this game.

Negative. I can attest for ColonialBob asking for my help last night, and since I had a lousy wiring board laying around I decided to let him have it.

What I can't attest for is the quality of Dixie paper plates... I mean have you seen these things? Flimsy, weak, lousy quality and shoddy craftsmanship. Don't even think about eating a sloppy joe on one of these things, that'll just be a big 'ol mess.

You know what else I can't attest to? It's Grinner's innocence. Not sure what he's grinning about but its either A) he's selling us all on the crud quality of Dixie paper plates or B) He's scummy
