Was just reading in that Ogre thread people saying if you posted like "that guy" in the GD thread they would shun you thought it would be fun to do for a day
Why are none of the other rules deputies awake when I want them to check my logic on something?
(Oh, yeah. Probably because I'm the only one that's nocturnal.)

That, and you haven't yet turned them into vampires.
What I'd really like to see though, is one set in feudal Japan, with vampires preying on the peasants in the rice fields, using a vampire geisha to trap unwitting samurai, etc. I think it would be pretty awesome.

I think the question you should be asking is, are there any movies where vikings fight vampires? There are certainly album covers where vikings fight vampires, but has anyone taken the initiative to turn one of those into a movie? That's a thing that should exist.

Some versions of Beowulf are actually kind of close. It certainly captures the right atmosphere, but Grendel and his mother aren't vampires. The mother's close in some versions, though.

1. I found that Shinku comic online. It's actually pretty freaking sweet.
2. As I've stated already, I'm interested in getting back into Magic casually, primarily because I love the horror theme of the upcoming set. However, I wanted to read up on the rules to make sure that I'm up-to-date on them. The next time someone complains about the finer rules details of Heroclix being too complicated, I'm sending them to the Wizards of the Coast website.
The Golden Age Player's Guide for Heroclix is 137 pages, including the current wording for every power, ability, feat, alternate team ability, battlefield condition, and map rules. Without the current wordings, it only comes to 43 pages. If we add the 10 page Comprehensive Tournament Rules document and 24 page Core Rulebook, we're up to 171 pages with the current wordings, or 77 pages without them.
The equivalent Comprehensive Rules document for Magic is 189 pages, and contains NO information about errata or details about individual cards. That's over twice the length of the document for the same type of information.
3. I apologize for the multiple consecutive posts. I just had to get that out of my system.

All this has happened before, and it will happen again.

I bet the Ogres sing this when they kidnap or shun or whatever "That guy".
Slap, smack! Whip crack!
Smash, grab! Pinch, nab!
You go, my lad!
Ho, ho! my lad!
The black slap! the back slap!
