Whew. I feel like I dodged a bullet. One of the comic shops in my area has just been blackballed by the majority of the Warhammer/Warmachine/Magic:TG community in town. The owner apparently ripped off a former HeroClix judge out of $400 worth of Magic cards in addition to a bunch of other nonsense.

I'd been asked a few times to start up Clix tournaments there but didn't think it would work out. Looks like I'm right! Makes me appreciate the owners of the venue where I currently judge even more.

Daaamn. Thursday, Friday, and Saturday of Comic-Con are all sold out, and Sunday is about 80-85 percent there as well.

Yea, seems they are going to Gen-Con this year, I wasn't invited :-s think I am going to the east coast to visit family this year, but not sure
