This morning over the course of three separate conference calls I'm firing my biggest account and telling him to find a new adviser.

It has taken me almost a year to get everyone at my company on board with this.

Can't wait.

I finished a 3-day training session in less than 2 days and I'm still getting shafted on my annual increase (They give you 5 days but I just can't see myself wasting any more time than I already have!).

Anyone else get to deal with people who send you emails that could be asking as many as 4 questions without asking any of them at all? I usually send them the answer to all 4 possible questions in hopes that they'll get that more information would be better next time. I'm always amused at how this only ever backfires on me!
