What I can see of the sculpts on the poster looks really good!

But I saw them at Clixathon and the scale is way too small. We'll see how people feel when they put their Ch'od next to the rest of the Starjammers...

No Jubilee

THIS IS STUPID! There are remakes of Wolverine, Beast, Emma Frost, Iceman, and Professor X yet! Why NECA makes new remakes of these guys? It have to make remakes of other characters, like Toad, the only member from Classic Brotherhood WITHOUT REMAKE! I don't understand this! Instead of making remakes o new versions of other character NECA makes remakes of character that have a fig. yet! Colossus, for example. His M&M version is very bad, but he doesn't have a remake here, but Beast yes! Why? His M&M is great, he doesn't need a remake! That's ridiculous, truely! Believe me, I'm very disappointed with all of that. VERY DISAPPOINTED!

When the new X-title started six issues ago. Where have you been?

I remember reading somewhere that the figures in the super boosters would be unique to those boosters only. So, if this is true there is still hope for some of the figures we still want/need.

I have no way to confirm this though.

I'd put dollars to doughnuts that Scott & Jean (both represented in the set) will not be one of the duos. Rather, I anticipated the glaringly absent Cable & Hope combo.

There Are No Duos In Superboosters!

That just makes me sad to read. Fraction's stuff has been terrible.

Because of Secret Avengers. Plus the last Beast was fairly mediocre.

Also remember, much like with comics.... every Heroclix release is someone's first. So they have to put the A-Listers in there, even if they have been made at some point recently. Not that M&M was that recent, for pete's sake. Also, if all it was was 60 C and D list characters, the people who already play wouldn't feel like buying any. Or at least not very much, it would go over like a lead balloon. I am more excited for some of the new versions of previous weak characters like Cyclops, Beast, etc.

Whoa whoa whoa, everybody settle down. If you know how heroclix works then you know why so many of the clix everyone wants to see didn't make it into this set: So you go out and buy the next one to complete teams that are starting up (or restarting) such as the Brotherhood, Technet, Starjammers (how did Cho'd make the cut?) etc. And in keeping with my enthralling sarcasm, I'm willing to bet the next Marvel set will be called X-tras and will include: Shadowcat, Mr. Sinister, Cable, Captain Britain/Meggan duo, Colossus, Toad, Quicksilver, Havok, Strong Guy, Polaris, and anyone else you need to complete a themed team....oh, and the points won't add up the way you want them to.

Fraction has made the X-men fresher than they've been in 20 years. The only people I can think of not enjoying it just want the same old stories spoon-fed to them over and over.

And lab-coat Beast was mediocre? Find somebody to back that ridiculous claim up. He's awesome. A remade Toad is needed much more than him.

Save for the fact that wizkids flat out said there would be duos in super boosters.

Anyhoo this set looks kinda cool. I'm not ultra hyped for it like I was for DC75 but you'll never hear me saying this looks bad or anything.

My one question though is what's with the weird looking SR Wolverine?
