Bacon and beef stew slow cooking in the crock pot! Boo-yah!!!
As an aside, I feel compelled to post a public apology to Stan Stan the Monkey Man. You see, he insisted that the TV series "Arrow" was worthwhile. I, on the other hand, chose not to believe him and did not watch. Then just a few months ago I heard that The Flash was going to have his own show as a spin-off of "Arrow". Well, being a long time fan of Wally West and Barry Allen, I finally got around to watching the episode. It hooked me right away. Then I noticed that Arrow S1 was on Netflix. I have done the marathon thing and am now trying to catch up on S2. There have been many pleasant and unexpected surprises. Anyhow, no spoilers - just want to say sorry and thank you to our own Sstralkowski. Let it never be said that I am not willing to admit when I am wrong.
Good to hear, brother. And I must have a thing for tiny intelligent women because Felicity is right up there with Chloe from Smallville at this point. *drools* So beautiful.
Very impressive to get there in only four hours by the way - by my calculations, that means his average speed was one thirtieth of the speed of light. That should be around 10 million meters per second, or 6200 miles per second for those of you who aren't used to the Metric system. Or around 224 million miles per hour.
well they are finally going to solve the age old question of how it could be possible to smash the theory of relativity and travel faster than light. They will find a way to have infinite energy at the point of crossing the light barrier. Its such a great day for all the world.

You're not remembering North Korea has already placed an Iconian transport gate on Mercury, so the travel there was instantaneous. After that, it was just a hop, skip, and a jump to the Sun.

Don't forget the amazing heat resistance needed for their astronaut to survive the temperatures on the Sun itself!
I am in awe of the North Korean technological prowess. Clearly we should subcontract the warp drive development to them.

I'm having a hard time they actually claimed that. Not because they aren't crazy but because the story wasn't posted on their news agency feed, a feed where they claimed to have found unicorn remains in a unicorn lair.

Yeah, I actually read the KCNA news feed pretty regularly (because I can't get enough jingoism about the South Korean puppet forces and their mendicant American masters). I think I would have noticed something about a sun mission.
