Sorry to double post, but I saw your comment after posting. Anyway, we know there is a Chewie (Flerken) pig, which I would bet is made by the Captain Marvel, and in addition the sculpt looks at least rare quality if not SR, I also hope for the latter.

Movement: Hindering Assembled Bolts And Masters: Once per turn when Machinesmith hits, after resolutions you may roll a d6. 5-6: If your force has 3+ friendly characters with the Masters Of Evil or Thunderbolts keywords, remove an action token from Machinesmith -OR- give an action token to a hit target. If your force has 6+, do both. Backup My Consciousness: Shape Change. POWER: Generate a Robot Dupe Bystander (MAX: 1). // When Machinesmith would be KO'd, if his Robot Dupe is on the map, instead turn him to click 6, and KO the Robot Dupe. Nanobot Body: Plasticity, Stealth, Sidestep.

Robot Duplicate of My Enemy: When Robot Dupe starts the game, choose a standard opposing character of 100 points or less. Robot Dupe has the Robot keyword in addition to the chosen character's displayed combat values and displayed combat powers (they may change as that characters dial clicks) If the chosen character isn't on the map, Robot Dupe's dial is his printed one.
Or even the 150 Infinity Gauntlet one. Or the 'Pogs for Days' King Solomon's Frogs one. T'Challa has been getting some serious love ever since Wakanda became a named keyword
Hope that sets a good precedent for Latveria
Well, it's more a matter of 'since he appeared in the MCU', I think.
If nothing else it's just the law of probability.
Give a character a hundred dials and some of them will turn out quite well, especially if that character was selected to be 'good' instead of 'average'.
We've seen one Doom dial, and we have no reason to think that there won't be at least one more in the Cosmic Clash boosters, but he is not likely to see the sheer volume of dials that the MCU characters are getting.
At least not for a while, and I doubt that the FF can be stretched into the sort of franchise that they got with the Avengers.
Solo films are not nearly as likely, crossover potential remains unknown, etc.
Ok, so it's not that they are incorrect, it's just not the versions you would have preferred. Got it. Just thought I was missing something.
Like others have said these are based off of the Zub run and look pretty accurate name and costume wise for that.
Your idea would be pretty fun but would require twice as many figures and then we'd get people complaining about that. It would be cool if they could revert to any figure of less points with that name, then they wouldn't have to fit them all in the same set.
But here's the problem tho... Moonstone's MC power literally reflects the early Thunderbolt issues where she tried to turn everyone against Zemo. That's not Zub's run. That's Busiek's run. And she was named Meteorite then, and her costume was very similar. Can't have the cake and eat it too, you know?
Machinesmith pushes the set up in my estimation. But it's still a very remake-heavy set when I was hoping for more classic Captain America stuff. Is it too much to ask for a carded Sidewinder and some more Femizons?
While i'm digging the never-seen-before villains in this set like Black Health, Skein, Doctor Faustus and Machinesmith and i'm never going to be dissappointed by a Thunderbolts subtheme -
This set just kind of feels like a half-hearted re-tread of the Invincible Iron Man and Nick Fury and the Agents of S.H.I.E.L.D. sets.
Another set that seems to be more villain focused than hero. Not that I mind, most villains need it over their heroic counterparts. Also, SHIELD support that doesn't feel awful like NFAOS
