I'd heard about it a few weeks ago. Sounds interesting, but it opens up to the problem of having no money if your phone loses power, I think. From what I heard, your phone is what is really driving a lot of it.

Now, that may not be a huge issue, but it is *an* issue.

Not to mention that the coin thing contains a whole bunch of card numbers and is an identity thief's wet dream. No thanks. I'll carry my cards around - not like I have many of them these days, anyway. Too much to lose otherwise.

I saw this a few months ago and lol'd. Like people are really inconvenienced by carrying around 2-3 credit cards? First world problems...

Pretty sure that people will run into problems with getting that accepted as a form of payment.

So I'm a couple episodes in to season 4 of Battlestar Galactica. So far my only complaint is that Roslin isn't dead. I can not stand her. Really. She annoys the crap out of me.

I get a new phone tomorrow. I'm down to Nokia Lumia or iPhone, still not sure. Either way, it will be a major upgrade.

I am supposed to be going out and socializing but the stuff I want to do costs money I don't have. I haven't gotten any Heroclix since Teen Titans and can't afford anything really from the other sets. Been trying magic here and there but I can't build a standard deck with that since I am almost three sets behind on that. Was thinking of building an Orzhov deck for standard, but that only gets me until 2015 comes out and then I have no deck and no cards to build a deck with. I really need to find a way to get some friends. I have no friends or family here and it sucks. Just feel so alone. Really not liking being here but there is no where else for me to go.

It looked to me like the card numbers are stored in the card, not the phone, so you'd only really need the phone for that weird proximity thing if you wanted it.

True, however unlike normal cards, the number is not displayed on the card, so the thief would either have to own a card reader or physically swipe the card somewhere, unlike now where it just gets used on the internet until they are caught.

Sadly, my wallet is pretty fat from the crap I need to carry around in it. If this thing could also do grocery store cards, I'd be buying it right now. Granted, I don't use every card I carry on a daily basis, but weekly for sure.

Getting somene to accept it as payment was the one issue I thought of as well. It's like getting a store to accept paypal.

Ok so a while back I had a buddy create a template for me for my own expansion to the WoW TCG. I found a card company not too long ago that would print some cards for me, but I need to create the backs to them. The problem is that I don't know Photoshop very well. I have CS5 v12.0.3. Would any of you guys who know this stuff be able to show me how to or point me to a place where I can learn to create the effects seen in the car below? Specifically the three strips of red at the top/middle/bottom of the card.
