Power of Graviton, Lord Of The Fundamental Forces: Graviton can use Incapacitate. When he does, he may deal his printed damage value split among hit targets. Total Control of Gravitons And Anti-Gravitons: Graviton can use Telekinesis. If he uses Telekinesis to move an opposing character, he may treat the opposing character as friendly when he does. If he has no action tokens, he may use Telekinesis as a free action, but only to target objects. Debris Shield: Graviton can use Energy Shield/Deflection and Toughness. Power Of Gravity Gone Wild: Opposing characters that begine an action within 5 squares replace their speed value with 3 and it is locked.

“I used to be a heroclix player like you, then I took an arrow in the knee.”
Why would you not want to incap one dude all game???? Freakin sweet. Also, does his tk mean I don't have to hit with an attack?
The difference between using TK to place a friendly or place a hostile is that a hostile requires an attack roll.
Graviton doesn't need that attack roll because he treats hostiles as friendly.
Not sure about the incap comment. I mean, why one limit it to one character when you can triple target and give one character all the damage, anyway?
While that photo is not very clear (if it was, we could read the name better; it appears to have a # behind "Ultron"), it appears to me to be the first "Ultimate Ultron".

I think that one says Ultron-4.
Edit: Now that I can see the image, that definitely looks the figure.

"ultimate" apparently means he's not all that concerned with anything falling into those exposed gears

Due to damage reducers imo. Id rather deal someone with invul or toughness 4 damage than one lol

Remember kids, if Mysterio can hit Galactus, you can follow your dreams!

You know you could always ask the guy who took the picture
If memory serves me correctly it said Ultron-4 or Ultron-8.
