His weekend would definitely depend on the company you were with.
I mean, it's kinda ridiculous. Can't take ALL weekend, you know? Gotta monitor the LPC on the weekend for my master plan to post in 2 minute increments until I'm at the top.
Ugh. Not only have I developed a cough/sore throat in the past few days, I got an eyelash wedged in my upper eyelid, which has developed into pink eye. And all of that is apparently not enough to get me time off work.
I did encounter a Florida man that told me to use Windex on my eye to get rid of it; that encounter made it all worth it.

That's........incredibly reckless of your employers. Pink eye? Good God what does warrant sick leave?????

It's different for each job. I am a teacher so that means if I don't come in I need a sub, which means I need to create sub plans. That translates to teachers usually go to work sick because it is more work to create sub plans than to come in sick.

So yeah, you have a highly contagious virus/bacteria - but go ahead and go in to work. What is your occupation Maelstrom? I feel like you've said it before, but I forgot.

I have a few teacher friends and yeah they bemoan any time off the school calendar.
And they all somehow can go 10 hours between pee breaks.
