I know, but the 911 director yelling at me because the PSAP is showing no no ALI/ANI on 911 emergency calls was pretty distracting.

AT&T laid the problem at my feet, except that 99 times out of 100 it is a phone problem. They will probably fix it while we are driving there without ever admitting there is a problem becasue AT&T sucks bonkey dolls.
