My opponent is overbuilt by 7, not sure where it got off. The point total submitted is 9 points under actual cost yet nothing I see has a 9 point difference. What do we do?

After 9 years as an Envoy/Judge, I hung it up yesterday.

The corners are 3, ramparts are 2, the middle is grounded, with a level 2 raised in there.

What was the final straw?

What's happening with the playoffs, and the teams in the playoffs that have had 3 sub games, will they be dropped out for the next team down?
