At this rate, it will likely be Megaman X2 that gets ran... sign-ups in December, start in January. We'll see. I'm supposed to be co-modding with some people soon.
But man, I have so much to work with this time around since I'm including X4 in the cast.

"Series" games are fun because you don't have to worry about squeezing all your favorite characters in. They will eventually get represented.
I am working on my first game ever but before I run it I told myself i needed to compleat two tasks, 1) finish ten games and 2) win one game as town, one as mafia and one as neutral, then I shall consider myself ready

That is a good goal to give yourself, and it's certainly achievable. I think it took me 4 months of playing before I tried running a game (and it was horrible). My second game was loved by all and made it into the hall of fame as an inside joke (see Thunderbolts Mafia; Mal loves that game!).
Then I was gone for 3 years.
The trick is, get a good grasp of the game and then set out with your own. Get a seasoned moderator to help you with the game to get started. And to help complete your win goal, start hitting up a lot of games (but not too many at once) because sometimes you will hit dry spells where you are always mafia, always town, or always neutral. I'm excited for you and will definitely play your first game (if I'm not helping you with it, of course).

I had barely played as MAfia when I ran my first game, much less won. Heck, I think my first Mafia win was just before I ran my second game.
It was tough to design because small games are hard to balance. plus, there weren't that many main characters in that movie. Still a lot of fun though. Especially the Dink in a Box.
