I don't actually pick my targets, but my targets are supposed to automatically be mafia, as I'll explain further below. With Wade's autopsy, I know I didn't target him, which is why I'm sure you were misdirected.

Yeah, still waiting on Mal with that one. He hasn't been on yet this morning. I can see how he'd make me town at this point, since I now actually can win with town. But I would think he'd tell me this. Unless I'm just not reading his PMs right or something. Wouldn't be the first time this game, in all honesty.

If nobody claims it, then it was likely me. I don't really see how my action could possibly be doubled.

Hate to be the bearer of bad news, but....Sten has the potential for evil. He's not a bad man, necessarily, but when you meet him, he's killed a farm family. You ask him about it, and he tells you that he killed them because he couldn't find his sword, and flipped the #### out. He joins you because your mission is a suicide mission, and it's a good way for him to try and find peace in what's happened.

Sten's also extremely practical. He pretty much has tunnel vision. If he sees a goal, he doesn't really care about the steps to reach it. He just tries to reach it, from where he's standing.

So, Sten's a good guy, but could Mal give him a neutral role? Absolutely. Definitely not a mafia role, however.

An interesting theory. To add to it: He may be lying about my cop result, then, and just be covering his bases by calling me town. He couldn't call me Mafia, because then he'd just end up being wrong. Calling me town, however, allows his results to have doubt, putting him in the clear.

However, I'm not sure that I agree that this was the scenario. I find it far more likely that you were misdirected to the misdirector. Or something else happened. I believe we could spend all day with this.

Something else I just thought of... Rokk definitely didn't care for me, so it is quite possible that he targetted me last night. Would those of you Mass Effect knowledge know if Mordin Solus would likely be a roleblocker?

'Cause if he was, and if he did target me, then at least we don't need to worry about that particular wrinkle in last night's actions.

Okay, my bad. Seriously my bad. I thought I sent in my action, but apparently I didn't. I think while I was typing it, I decided not to send it because I was rethinking things. I know I had this whole explanation with my thoughts typed up for Mal, trying to decide between JoH and Rokk, and I thought I had decided JoH and sent it, but I think I nixed it and forgot I didn't actually send it. I didn't get two actions last night. That means Pax, Wade, Truffle, Normal (unless he was roleblocked) and myself were all misdirected. That's everybody we know is town and everybody claiming a targeting action.

I'm betting one shot mafia power. Misdirect everybody.

How is that any more unusual than if I had targeted you and you weren't a reflector? If I'm the cop, of course I'm town.

If we were both town, I'd get town either way regardless of your reflecting. There's no difference. I don't understand the suspicion.

Shel shouldn't need wiki to explain her power, but she'd use wiki if she was really mafia.

Also, given that she's a reflecter, Kit just claimed that I haven't really copped her which puts her a large knotch ahead of Thawmus (who admited to being neutral and asked to be investigated a bunch) and Kedryn who as far as we know, I really have investigated.

Normalview I'm still not worried about. If he's a mage, copped town, claims a main character (read: begining to end) from both Baulder's gate games and has had some townie action during the day phase...I'm 95% sure he's town. The only thing he's guilty of is being a bit tunnelvisioned which I've done myself many a time.

Also, Shel keeps trying at every angle to put suspicion on me even though she's the one with a roleclaim that doesn't make any sense and I'm the one who keeps starting trains on mafia members. Seriously. If I was mafia, I'd have to be the traitor because I've gotten 3 mafia members killed.

Sorry for the delay, I had someone in my office all morning.

I am a master debater and insulter of cultures. Each night, I had to write up an argumentative insult, directed toward the mafia. It had to have each character in the game somewhere in the insult. For example, I had to write up how Lady Aribeth was able to smite just about everything except for the mafia's foul stench. If I had gotten 70% of the characters correct, I would succeed in properly insulting the mafia, and would disband their proboard (Mal was up in the air on whether they would be disallowed from communicating with one another via PM as well. I think he decided against that, though). In addition, I would then be able to win with the town.

Using Mirabelle from now on, is a complete surprise to me. There was nothing in my role description about it.

In any case, as I understand it, each night, I just targeted all of the mafia. I don't actually select my targets. So I knew Pax's results were inaccurate, because Pax isn't Mafia. This is also why I was begging for a tracker. I very much wanted to know if it was possible to finger mafia members by tracking me. It's too late now, unfortunately, but that was what I was hoping for. I'm interested to hear what Mal has to say on this when the game's over.

The kicker was that the more the mafia was killed, the higher my percentage got. I started at 50% That rose by 5% with each mafia member dead. I ended up with 70%.

Anywho, here's what I guessed for characters this last night, when I succeeded:

That means I was 70% accurate, with this list. We already know that Wynne's not here, because I was wrong. That means I was at 7/8ths at best. That puts me at 87.5%. Having 6 of them right puts me at 75%. 5 of them right puts me at 62.5%, which would mean I was wrong. So I have at least 6.

The Darth Malus, in particular, I find intriguing. What if I was right about that one, and wrong about some of the others? Or, what if my list had to be accurate as of the morning players list? Mal won't tell me. He just told me to guess my head off. If it is the morning list, then two of those are automatically discounted.

It tells me that we probably still have some liars here. I did not have a guess for the one that's killing people each night. I threw Darth Malus up there, but that guy looks like some sort of wizard or something. I'm assuming it's a Baldur's Gate thing.

Mal also just PMed me back, and informed me that I do indeed cop as town now. So JoH was not misdirected.

Day 3. Five townies are voting for two mafia members. Kedryn is voting for a townie. No vote from Shel.

Day 4 Majinmagog (mafia) gets lynched. Rokk is also voting mafia. Normalview is voting for me. No vote from Shel.

Day 5 Tyro (mafia) gets lynched. No vote from Shel.

Day 6 Hail (mafia) gets lynched. No vote from Shel.

Day 7 Jack (mafia) gets lynched. Shel is voting.
