TGMick and Destructo both expressed interest and were told to post in and pay attention to this thread. Neither have done anything since their one post.

I can drop out so Nifty doesn't have to give up his team, he runs this show so he should at least be able to play in it.

Ideally we let everyone play. If anyone drops their team, it will be me because that's what people at the are supposed to do.

That being said, my thoughts are, we'll either create a faux team and if Stepper, or destructo, or TGMick, or TVK, or someone shows up and wants to play, then we'll let them take it over. Or I'll reach out to destructo or TGMick and see if they want to run a team, and if they bail we aren't really any worse off than if we had just created a faux team.

I was actually thinking we should make a badass borderline cheese team, so it's a team people will want to sub in and play.

Why not make your justice league you draft the faux team?

What about the Orange Lantern Corps for the faux team? You get Larfleeze and a ton of Lantern Constructs for racking up points, plus Hal Jordan (Assuming that he's not drafted).

Sure, but which is worse, getting beat by a Faux team or not having an opponent at all?

There are problems both ways, but an interesting Faux team with at least a chance to win is more likely to get a sub. We don't want the Faux team to get waxed either. The Faux team needs to be competitive.

Tell you what, I'll step out for the time being. Work is already stressing me out. I've got a bad feeling about this term all of a sudden after only 3 days of students.

This isn't me being pouty or anything - just being realistic about my time.

I'll keep track of the Leagues and step in and sub. If I find that I have the time to keep up, then if we end up with a faux team I can take over.
