The bodies keep disappearing because nobody has actually died. Much like Dupin, the other deaths were cleverly faked. Using the cameras that are watching us, Dupin was able to anticipate our movements, and be in position to ensure the appearance of death and subsequent moving of the not-dead Detective bodies when nobody was looking.

Much like Dupin, the other supposedly dead detectives are currently hiding somewhere in this house until the mystery is solved, the game is over, and Dupin is ready to reveal himself.
