Knockdown is sweet. my combo would be:
E star spangle kid + stuning blow + knockdown.
Add to that an outsider (katana or V arsenal) to use the outsider team on that target and the +2 modifier is gone. SWEEEEEEEEETTTTT!!!!!!!
Unfortunately the Outsider's ability doesn't affect modifiers placed by feats...

If I were to design a dial for him he'd more have Phasing, Super Senses, and PC on his dial, no HSS or even Charge at all.
This isn't true...It is a facimile of super speed...he even uses it to trick other mutants into thinking he has even faster normal speed than before...in a fight it makes him seem everywhere at once as if he was still moving super fast...
...and PC might seem right at first but I don't know if it actually is...it almost seems all this stuff is predestined and even Quicksilver says he can't change the future, just view it...it gets into wierd paradoxical stuff...

Or maybe he did ask and they wouldn't tell him...they are pretty secretive about their storylines most of the time...
Heroclix 5th Anniversary: Expect Nothing...you won't be as disappointed that way.

But he's not. It's time travel. It's not even Zoom class semi-super-speed, it's more like teleportation. You could argue the Nightcrawler approach, but I don't think it really applies.

Yes, but in this case it wouldn't be changing the future so much as knowing what's going to happen and not being there when it does.
The implication is that Willpower characters would have a boost against MC, and BF characters would have a boost against Incap. So-so. :cross-eye
Plus, Since Willpower and Battle Fury are Prerequisites, and not listed in the description, means the Feat card will work even when those powers are outwitted. Think of it as extra insurance...

No, a feat card's prereqs always have to be showing for it to work.

There is a little loophole to that, in that if BOTH Willpower and BF are on the same click, and ONE of them is Outwitted, both effects still apply from the Feat. But yeah, if only one is showing, and it gets Outwitted, the Feat fails too.
