Yeah, but have you checked how many of those there are in IC? REV and U Juggernaught (who has a LOOONG way to jog, without being carried across Kang's 10 range before he gets there), REV Hulk (who doesn't get it until well into the middle of his dial) REV Kang (who'd have very little interest in basing another Kang) and U Nightmare (whom, Incidently I am the only one to have in the league).

Not to mention that with Kang's 10 movement and phasing, getting away from one of the aforementioned ground-pounders shouldn't be too difficult
