The main problem is that my wife threw it out( I sat in on the back porch, there was NO WAY it was staying inside) so i have no real proof, but one thing is for sure, he isn't getting my money! and yes, shipping hazardous material is a federal felony. It's just proving who did it, if this guy is using all the names and addresses of different people then how do we know who it really is? and how can the blame be placed on someone if they aren't real? The main thing is everyone needs to ban this #### from the sites and keep alert to his presence and to info others of his shenanigans and "tomfoolery". I know if I ever make my way to Brooklyn I'm going to leave a very vindicated man.
