"NOW!!! STRIKE NOW!!" The Emperor shrieked over the battle field.
Leaping from his battlements, the Avenging Skrull launched his Hammer of Skrullos at the Thunder God, hitting him squarely in the chest, lightning cascading about upon impact. Mar-Vell, Jennifer, Simon and Eros stood, shocked to see the Might Thor fall in battle. It was an omen to the end.
The Super Skrull again reached into his reserves of nova flame, and lashed out with it upon the She-Hulk, who ripped the very floor of the space station up to defend herself, deflecting the blast completely. Kl'Rt smirked. "I rather like that one. She is a warrior true."
On the other side of the station, Wonder Man swung wildly, the Sinister Skrull laughing as he dodged Wonder Man's blows. Suddenly, he stopped laughing, and lashed out with his bladed tentacle, cutting even Wonder Man's ionic skin along his chest. Clutching his wound, Simon Williams fell to the ground.
Staring blankly, rage building inside, Mar-Vell was too distracted by his emotions to see General Zodar coming behind him, hitting him visciously in the back of the head with the butt of his gun.
"Dirty filthy Kree!!" Zodar screamed, grabbing Mar-Vells golden hair, and lifting him up, spitting into his face. "You deserve much worse of a fate than this, "Hero of Hala"" He spat, mockingly.
With Mar-Vell limp, body dangling lazily from Zodar's fist, unable to fight back, the Frightful Skrull stood, proud, chin jutting out. He raised his arm, as a metallic cone appeared over his fist. Suddenly, an extreme burst of energy shot out of the device, hitting Mar-Vells defenseless body sending him flying back into the wall of the space station.
Broken and bleeding, Mar-Vell didn't stir.
Laughing to himself, the now great Emperor Dorrek shouted over his comrades, with only 2 Avengers left. "All hail Skrullos."
"ALL HAIL SKRULLOS!" The army shouted, raising their weapons in unison, before each of them, leveled their weapons upon the forms of She Hulk and Starfox.
Free) Dorrek will perplex the Avenging Skrull's damage +1.
1) AV 9+1 vs. DV 16+1, the Avenging Skrull Pulse Waves. Roll is 6,5=11 for the hit, and 4 damage to Thor and the KO.
2) Bl'Ee moves to M-12.
3) Mystery Skrull to H-7, takes a push click.
Free) Frightful Skrull outwits She Hulks Toughness.
4) Super Skrull attacks She-Hulk. AV 11 vs DV 16+1. Rolls 4 for the miss.
5) Zodar will push to attack Mar-Vell. AV 7 on 15. Rolls 6,6=12 for the crit hit! Mar-Vell will take 2 damage. Zodar takes a push click.
6) Skrull Emperor to M-11.
Free) Emperor Outwits Simon's Super Senses.
7) Sinister Skrull takes his chance to attack. AV 9 on DV 14. Rolls 4,1=5 for the hit and KO.
8) Dr'Rk to N-5.
9) Science Assistant will create a Smoke Cloud. M-N/11-12.
10) Frightful Skrull will push. AV 9 vs. DV 13+2+1. Needs a 7. Rolls another 6,6=12! No PC due to Stealth, and Mar-Vell will take 4 damage, and KB into oblivion. And, yeah, thats a KO.

(Man, good rolls on my part (not fully necessary....). At first, I was excited to see a 'Mar-Vell down by 2 crit hits' scenario for story reasons, but then I realized that it also meant that I had to write again for the Frightful Skrull, who, really, doesn't have the best power set ever. Oh well. Now I'm just seeing if there is any feasible way to KO She Hulk next turn. I doubt it....but...)

yeah, sorry about that, Was toying with the idea about where to move her. Yes, 15 turns it is. I'll put her in K-4. I also had meant to put the Emperor in M-11, if thats ok.

- Eros/Starfox attacks the V Skrull Warrior/Zodar > Skrull TA roll: 1 > 8 vs 13 > roll: 5+2=7 HIT. V Skrull Warrior takes 2 damage and is KOd.
- Starfox uses his Special Power to use Perplex, increasing She-Hulk's attack value +1.
- She-Hulk pushes and hurls the HO at the R Skrull Infiltrator/Mystery Skrull > Skrull TA roll: 2 > 9 +1 (Perplex) vs 13 > roll: 4+5=9 HIT. R Skrull Infiltrator/Mystery Skrull takes 3 damage and is quite KOd. She-Hulk takes 1 pushing damage.
( man, i goofed up that game!.... Vance gave me instructions that i misunderstood, and that cost us dearly... then my dice rolls for the Skrull TA!... Thank you very much for taking on this game, VKing; it was a bear, i know.... i wonder how the game might have played differently if that errata onthe Skrull Emperor had been issued sooner?.... )

i just went through this game to make sure my point tallies were correct, and two things were discovered:
- I missed 3 IAPs for Eros/Starfox in the Avengers turn 8; and
- it is unbelievable how many 6s i rolled for the Skrull TA .....

From here on down, i'm only doing the calculations for the West Coast Avengers:

okay, i had to go through this and see how many times i rolled the Skrull TA "6:" i counted 8 times, including a big moment when Thor could have done important damage. The Skrulls' Shape Change roll was made 3 times, the Super Skrull made his Super Senses roll on Thor's Energy Explosion/Critical Hit, and my attack rolls were sub-par, as i missed 13 attack rolls, at least 6 when i needed only a 7 (big misses by Scarlet Witch, She-Hulk, and Starfox)...
oh, well.... so the Avengers are stranded in space, surrounded by Skrulls bent on their destruction...
