You should be able to plug that into any RSS manager and have it pull in the show. (But then again, I'm kind of an idiot about this stuff, so maybe that doesn't even make any sense. )

I actually figured it out already. That link can be manually plugged into WinAmp to set up a subscription. Works fine.
There's a way to manipulate WMP11 into setting up a subscription, but it's pretty much a jury-rig. Thankfully, WinAmp has become my primary music player and music sync software, so I'm set.
With that said, I finally got to listen to Episode 10. Glad to hear some enthusiasm for Street Fighter IV.
Bad controls are bad controls even if done on purpose.
RE: L4D DLC
Okay, here's the complaint with the announced DLC, in a nutshell: A lot of people feel that four months is a long time to wait for two already-made campaigns to be added to Versus, and furthermore that those two campaigns should have been included ON DISC. Plus the new mode, Survival (i.e. Horde Mode) is kind of redundant.
There's other factors, too; everyone wanted/expected a whole new campaign as the first DLC, people are annoyed that Valve is releasing a new retail version that will have the DLC on it already, people are annoyed that the DLC is slated for "spring", which in Valve time could mean sometime in August, and various other stuff.
I'm not terribly disappointed in it; having Dead Air in Versus is a boon as far as I'm concerned. It's just that after seeing how Valve has handled support and DLC for TF2, I'm a bit worried about L4D DLC.

Right...and those people can 'eat me'.
Too long to wait for DLC? If people went in and bought the game uninformed or with other expectations, then that's their own fault. Before I bought the game I knew exactly what I was getting from it. Before it was in my 360 I knew that only 2 of the campaigns were available for VS. I still deemed it worthy of my $60. I don't remember a giant "FREE DLC AVAILABLE BY SPRING TO GIVE YOU EVERYTHING ELSE YOU WANT" sticker on the front of my game, which is what it sounds like people thought was going to happen as a given.
I just sometimes get really bothered by the entitlement that people have come to feel in the modern culture. If someone feels that the game is not worth the price of admission because of the "lack of content" then they are the ones who made an uneducated decision. And if a person buys a game with the expectation of it someday "soon" having things added to it that they want and think it should have, then that person is an idiot.

Well, most of the people who are really getting their panties in a knot over this are generally either A) PC players who are bitter about L4D in general* or B) Players who didn't feel that $50-$60 was a fair price for the game in the first place, to which I'd say, "A fool and his money = soon parted".
Some of the points being made do have weight to them; this is a game that can get repetitive easily and may well live or die by it's DLC. And if it were any company other than Valve, I wouldn't worry about the timelieness of that DLC too much.
Frankly, the PC players are the ones seeming to scream the loudest, and they've got it made: The DLC for they get will also include the SDK, so they'll quickly start getting user content (there's already a Dawn of the Dead mall campaign finished and awaiting the SDK for release). If the official Valve DLC ends up being a dud for 360 players, we can only wait until the next DLC pack.
Another complaint I'm hearing (again, PC-side) is the price of the DLC or more to the point IF it will cost anything.
I've also heard a few people state that L4D sold better on the 360. Valve doesn't release sales figures from Steam so I don't know how any one can verify where the game sold better, but that would be an interesting thing if it were true.
*I've heard PC player deride the game as being Valve selling out to console gamers, as being "unfinished", and as being a Counter-Strike mod sold as a new game.

Yes...by all means people should be freaking out over something that might happen maybe possibly. ponder.gif
The sales thing wouldn't surprise me. Not that I run with a bunch of PC heavy gaming friends, but I know at LEAST 12 people locally that own the game on the 360. I can't think of any other game that has that much crossover by just my local friends.
I think the whole thing pisses me off so much because there could never be any DLC announced and I'd still love playing the game. People need to chill the #### out.
