Bert to break? Gets 1. Even with his Plasticity that fails. He KOs himself and that breakaway roll foils any subsequent plans I had.

Vision of my own comes in, with Scarlet Witch duo, replacing Bert. (Note I had this much ready to post yesterday morning when I realized I was going to miss my train. Missing that one breakaway roll really threw me off.) You may like Wanda with Simon, I'm more old school. I'm putting Protected on them, 'cause I'm not sure I like that first click with only Toughness.

"That's the way to do it!" Hawkeye agreed, putting an arrow through the Vision. But instead of disappearing like the other heroes did when defeated, the Vision remained. "Aw come on!" Hawkeye protested. "That was dead on target!"

"It's all right Hawkeye," the Vision said. "You've brought me back to my senses." He turned his heat beam on Iron Man.

"I'd say you've lost your senses if you want to take me on, Vizh," Iron Man said.

"But he is not alone," the Scarlet Witch said, appearing next to him and targeting Dr. Strange with a hex bolt. "Sorry Stephen. I had to do it. You're the one person here who might have outmatched me in magic."

"Excuse me!" Both Enchantresses said in unison, mortally offended.

Well much as I wished this Vision had worked for me, I'm thrilled to see him and Wanda. Really want this figure (I prefer the unique coupling of Wanda/Vision but Wanda/Simon is the better click).

"The lady's as crazy as a bat," Batman thinks to himself, smiles slightly at his pun, "But she's got the right idea. Brainiac is our biggest threat," he thinks as he charges in and pulls apart his head.

"Ewww," Morgan turns away, "Couldn't you be more....subtle?".

"Not my style," he says. A swarm of bats engulf him in darkness.

My head hurts trying to interpret he whole Flock of Bats thing. I think you took two actions with them. Batman starts with 1 attached (though I guess you can play more and attack multiples if you want later). It takes an action (to the Bats) to detach them. It also takes an action to them to activate their Shadow of the Bats power, so they can't do that if you also gave them an action to detach. (Batman can take an action to move the Bats, but he already used his action to attack Brainiac. And anyway, I'm not sure detaching them counts as a move, but maybe that might work.)

Went pretty crazy last turn, so don't have much to do. I'll bring in Dinah Soar again, with Great Lakes Avengers. Flies to G13

Coulson takes one of GOrdon's tokens to make his AV10, uses Darkness Within on Dinah to make his Damage 2, and attacks Howard, DV15. Gets 7. The tractor blocks your Enchantress's LOF. I'll skip the duel and KO Howard for you.

Hawkeye RS to C19, takes a shot at Batman - Initiative ignores his Stealth, AV11 on DV17. Gets 4. Wanda makes it 8. Deals 2 to Batman after Toughness.

Aquaman takes 2 of Gordon's tokens, makes his AV12, Charges to K12 to attack the Skrull. DV16. Skrull roll is 2. He rolls a 7. 4 to the Skrull KOs him. Aquaman can also pull someone into a duel. Not enough versions of him to do a big duel. I can pull Morgan or I can pull both Enchantress and Stan the Man. And really I don’t think I like my chances against Morgan in a one-on-one. So the pair of them it is.

Gordon give Vision/Witch his other token, making their AV11. Can they break from the bats? Gets 3. Okay, first attack will be on the Bats then. Gets 9. They're done. Batman's de-Stealthed.

Second attack. On Morgan and Batman. Morgan's SHape CHange is a 6. Just Batman then. AV11 on DV17. Gets 7. Batman PCs it to 7. Can't really seem to get the numbers to match give them a good duel, so I'll just deal the damage to Batman, 2 after Toughness. Wanda/Vish take 1 for the push.

"Green Lantern? I guess it's Justice Leaguer against Justice Leaguer," Firestorm said, hitting Hal with one of his blasts.

"You're going to have to do better than that," Green Lantern told him.

"Perhaps a hex can deal with them," Wanda said, and a freak gust of wind came up and dispersed the cloud of bats.

"Beauty!" Hawkeye complimented her. "That gives me an easy shot!" He loosed an arrow. The force was blunted by Batman's kevlar body armor, but still the force of it staggered the Caped Crusader.

"Batman's overextended himself," Gordon observed as the Vision took advantage of the opening. "That's not a mistake I'd expect from him."

"Nor me," Aquaman admitted, "but you won't find me comlpaining." He moved in and dropped the Skrull with one punch, but then got sucked into some sort of dimensional vortex and found himself alone with the opposition's Enchantress and a funny old man.

"What a dizzy, disorienting dilemma! Can our sultry sorceress subdue the soldier of the seas?"

"Why are you talking like that?" Aquaman asked the man, puzzled.

"Honestly, I got myself into the habit about fifty years ago, and now I dont think I could stop if I wanted to," he admitted.

"

Aw, you stole Stan away already. That's hardly nice---he's a man in his 90s!

Also Batman has shellhead, so only the first attack on him by Hawkeye hits.

In for Skrull are all three sets of Flock of Bats. They move to GH8. I& for Brown.

"What's with the infestation of bats all of a sudden?" Coulson asked, shooting wildly into the mass of flying creatures.

"Maybe we should take to high ground?" Dinah Soar asked, carrying him away and dropping him on the roof between Morgan le Fay and Iron Man.

This is my least favorite game...until I remember this is where we can tryout all of the new figures. The choices are daunting.

Scarlet Wonder rs to N, O 4 attacking Dinah. Needs 7, rolls 9. SS is 1, she takes 3 for a ko. She seems to be a new favorite, sorry to do it. To be honest though, it hardly seems worthy of Wonder Wanda.

Caped Crusader doesn't feel like Batman exactly to me but I really like him and those bats. Cool, cool idea. He moves to N8 to block d.r. of Dinah.
