It looks like going Red Lantern accomplished the goal. My original fig arrived today. Still gonna trade here. So far this has been my only...grrrr...experience.

2) Clix by Today: FAIL

So is there anyway to get a MOD to put a Trader warning on the Trade forums to warn about trades to Granada, CA and Mark Watson? If we can't stop his IP it would at least help players not get hosed by this jerk in the future.

He made the Bad Trader sticky-ed thread under both fubar and spaceage, so having a Granada, CA, General Alert would probably be a good thing.

Just an update. I received my package in the mail today. He hadn't opened it and just taped over the original information and returned it.

If there's a list, add me to it I guess. We had a roughly $130 trade and I still haven't gotten anything. I just sent him a more impatient message and hopefully something will work out.

It makes me feel better to hear that people are still getting packages back.

He told me he had sent my stuff back to me on Wednesday or Thursday last week, but didn't provide a tracking number. It was enough to get me to wait a few more days, but if I don't have a box in the mail when I get home tonight, I'll be filing fraud chargers as well.

It's really good to see that victims are getting stuff returned. And I'm glad to see people saying that they'll file charges soon if they don't have their stuff.

The most important thing now is to back up your own words and go through with filing fraud charges. Set a deadline of how long you will wait for your stuff. If that deadline is not met, FILE CHARGES. Don't let yourself feel bad about the weight of fraud charges. He's definitely committing a felony and he needs to be stopped.

I too was a victim of fraud by this party.

I got a reply saying he was shipping about a week ago.

I'm reading a TON of responses, what has worked and what hasn't. He got a Hellfire Club teambase off of me. I"ll file charges, it'll be fun.

No Package today, So after I post this I'll be opening a mail fraud claim.
I also tried calling the phone number a few people rooted out for him. It went to a voice mail for the Cline Family (not the name i was given for the trade).
The answering machine hung up on me as I was leaving a call back number. It said the memory was full before hanging up on me, so maybe he's just getting a lot of calls lately instead of actually hanging up on the recording.
