I agree with the fact "good" players are playing around Overload. I also have had games with Overload ready to go and not having a target, sigh. I don't think it should be dropped out of decks though. Usually a card will be added vs a certain deck to beat it, if the cards works vs the certain deck player must find a card (if available), strategy, or play around said card to combat this certain card or strategy, then the original card (in this case overload) can be dropped for something else to force the certain deck to have useless cards. The problem with this is NSF won't be a worthless card even if you drop Overloads. Fyling Kicks, Acrobatic Dodge, Foiled, etc are all possible and good targets. If you drop overload then NSF is free to counter Kicks and Dodges unless your opponent is scared of Overload and lets it through. I still run Overload but not 4. Remember you can still try to throw "bait" out to draw NSF.
