I was trying to get a few warning points so I could feel rebellious and all Dennis Hopper like, but for the life of me I can't do a damn thing to get the mods to help me out here and give me a few stripes. I agree with Biz.

But there is a difference between Michael Barnes' articles and stubarnes' articles... maybe stu should read his to see. One suggestion is for stu to actually come up with his own deck idea or break down a deck in his own words and how he would play it. Your last one was more quotes of other people than original stuff from you. And I'm not a fan of sealed deck tourney results... but that's not a real criticism of your writing but my own preferences, I'm sure other people like your last two articles on sealed play but I don't even read Metagame coverage of Sealed $10ks.

And speaking of the Mandel... what happened to parts 8 and 9 of the Design Bible? I know he's busy trying to make the next YuGiOh but don't leave a bruthah hangin'! (see... that's how your barn a UDE R&D person... and segue back on topic... A TWOFER!).

To all who disapprove, I'll do my best... but. My loyalties are to my Metagame readers... not to the haters on these boards. I appreciate the feedback, I will try to please all the people all the time, but you do not have priority. I get emails that say: "My Realms name is fillintheblank, but I am afraid to post there because they will flame my ideas. I like to play so and so..."

Those are the people I write for. I love to share my articles with readers, whether I directly use their words or re-write them myself. I know how thrilling it is to see your name in lights on that website, and I love to hook people up like that. I am still striving to share the joy that is Vs. System with the world, and the haters around here only make up a tiny (but vocal) section of our world... thank God.

Besides, the haters are delusional if they think it would make sense for UDE to tailor their entire campaign toward the haters. Preaching exclusively to the choir does not maximize profits. Sure, they must keep the player base happy... but they must also expand. I consider myself a Cardboard Evangelist. I am the Jimmy Swaggart of Vs. System.
