So the treadmill would be in Pietro's square but anyone could activate it? As long as they are next to him?

I'm only mildly mad that you KOd Green Lantern. He's been around since the outset and he's a big target. I am mad that you did it and yet I still hardly have any targets to shoot at.
Well I guess probably Cap is maybe just reachable.
Before I go though, circling back to the Treadmill. It does not equip. It is not tied to Quicksilver. I am positing that it is in G3 only because Quicksilver used it, and that's where he was. But Quicksilver could move, and the Treadmill would say in G3. Someone else could jump into G3 and use the Treadmill. It's one of a small class of equipment that does not get picked up by anyone. It's stationary. It's kind of like the Teleporters in that way.
Anyway. Johnny rolls 4.
Hourman gets his 3rd Hour Token and jumps to click #9
JLU Stargirl in. Zatara makes her AV11. She teleports to G16, targets Cap with RCE. For +2 to her AV. So AV13 on dv18. Gets 9. 3 to Cap.
STRIPE now Perplexes Cap's DV to 16
Johnny Sides to L17, Perplexes Cap's DV to 15
Cyclone TKs Hourman to N17, that's a push.
Hourman picks up the LO in N18, Charges to L12 on Cap. AV11. Gets 7. Crimson Sage's LOF is blocked and Wanda and Thor are out of range, so 3 more after Toughness KOs Cap.

"Thing about a shield is, it's no help if you throw it away," Stargirl said, hitting Captain America with a blast from her cosmic rod before his shield ricocheted back.
"That was a nice move. For someone so young, you've been well trained," Steve told her. Courney blushed in spite of herself.
"I've got another nice move for you," Hourman said.
"Careful!" Johnny warned him. "You'll get hurt if you go out there!"
"What am I supposed to do, stay hiding in the rear and knit a sweater? Maybe that's how you Avengers like to play it, but that's not my style," Hourman engaged Captain America.
"You've got the edge on strength, but not on skill." Captain America told him.
"You know, I feel bad fighting you. I feel like you'd have fit in perfectly in the Justice Society," Hourman said. "But as for skill, I trained with Wildcat in hand-to-hand fighting. And you'd be hard pressed to find anyone better." It had taken him a while, but finally Hourman saw his opening. He got a blow in, and with his superior strength, put Captain America down for the count.
Talon again to resurrect Vision. Needs 7, rolls 8.
There's not a lot of good pieces to attack, really. The good ones are far back next to Mid-Nite. Vizh tries his luck on STRIPE. Moves to G11 attacking him. Needs 8, rolls 9. 3 to him.
Quicksilver plays with the treadmill. It gives him something different to do. Gets 2, ugh. At least it happened here and not on an attack.
Just like Thor and Iron Man, I want to play an extra version of Cap. Earth X is new to me, I'll try him out. Sadly I can't take advantage of his trait but it is what it is. Joe tks him to K7.
Cap on Hourman. Needs 6, rolls 7. Dings him for 1.
Beast ports to G16. Outwits STRIPE's invulnerable and quakes. Gets 11. 2 to him and kb to E19, 2 to Stargirl and kb to E16.
Puts Hank in a vulnerable spot so he boosts his dv.

"I'm not the man you think," the Earth X man says tossing his shield at Hourman and stunning him.
"Alright, this Beast has sat on his tuckus long enough," Beast says charging STRIPE and Stargirl. His surprise attacks stun them both but also opens himself to a vulnerable space.
Johnny has PC that he can use to target opposing characters. Rerolls Beast's attack. Makes it a 3. (Glad that's out of my system before I start making my own rolls.)
Johnny rolls 6, oh that's a nice one. Takes Precision Strike, Perplexes Beast's DV back to 17, takes Precision Strike, Sidesteps to L19 and attack him. AV10 +1 on DV17 -1. Gets 7. 4 to Beast.
Zatara Perplexes Flash's AV to 11
Flash HSS to G17 on Beast. AV11 on DV16 +2. Gets 10. 3 KOs Beast. Flash ends K21
STRIPE Perplexes Hourman's AV to 11
Hourman Charges to I9 on Sage. AV11 on DV16. Gets 10. She PCs that to 8. Wanda and Thor both have blocked LOF. KOs Sage. He's probably toast now too, but he was in a bad place anyway
STRIPE Sides H16 to block. Then moves to G23
Mid-Nite needs an unlikely 9 to heal STRIPE. Gets 7.
STRIPE uses Defend on Zatara, Mid-Nite and Cyclone.
Hang on, Quicksilver can remove Thor's token after he makes his attack, but that doesn't change the fact that he's already taken an action this turn. He can't be given another one. Ditto Cap.
