I don't think I've had many dealings with this krusticlese fellow. I don't recall him adding much to the conversation, but then again I could be accused of not adding much to conversations when sometimes all I have to say is some random smartass comment.
You're playing in the first sealed game of Captain America at your venue. You open your first booster and it's empty. What? Where are your figures? You're about to call a judge over and complain, but just before you stand up a 'Clix genie pops out of the box! You've freed him from his thousand years of being trapped in a booster pack, and now he wants to grant you a Captain America sealed wish!
The next pack will have whatever five figures you want, provided they're properly distributed for rarity (only one super rare, for example). You can build almost whatever sealed team you want for the event. Be warned though, after the game ends they'll melt away into a golden cockroach, so build to win, don't just pick a chase and a money super rare and some generics.
You get five figures. Two commons, two uncommons, one rare, and the option to replace any one figure with a super rare or chase. (That's how boosters work, right?). 300 points. Go!
Edit: Clarification, the five figures do have to be from Captain America.

That's a tough one. There are so many that I like, but I might try this...

Hellfire - 45

Crimson Dynamo - 146
Squirrel Girl - 59
Sin - 57
Hardball - 34

Batroc - 52
Squirrel Girl - 59
Quake - 67

Clearly in sealed, I'm not a believer in putting all your eggs in one basket. I like to spread the points around as long as there are ways to get through Impervious/Invulnerability consistently.

I'm usually talking about being pantless and hobo killings. Cthulhu also pops up once in a while. Now in the GD if I see a good trolling going on..I like to add to the fire just a little. Also fake links to youtubes memes is fun too.

In Ulthar, no man may kill a cat. In Utah, no man may marry a cat. These rules were made because of the ramifications of them happening before.
I need a taxi or Telekinesis (or both), either Probability Control or Perplex (preferable PC but preferably both), and an 11+ attack, ideally with Exploit Weakness or Psychic Blast for my sealed teams. In this particular set a close combat character with Charge or Hypersonic seems required to deal with all the Stealth.
That leaves me with this:
Captain America 89
Invisible Woman 110
Luke Cage 98
=297
That seems fairly versatile. Seems like it can hit pretty hard. Also, it looks like it's incidentally an Avengers theme team, which is solid. The only thing I don't like is that I can't easily bypass Super Senses/Shapechange/Impervious rolls on key figures, which I'd be especially worried about against Quasar because a successful Impervious roll from him could be game over. Invisible Woman can get Psychic Blast, but only after wasting a lot of time. If I'm lucky it wouldn't be an issues, but I don't like it.

As with many people, he's a nice guy in person and I think he's only gotten to be as discontented as he has largely because of economic pressures. I've seen it so many times over the years when it comes to comics -- no one ever wants to walk away from something that's good, so when money becomes dear it's a natural reaction to start seeing the worst in an even marginally expensive hobby. Part of it's trying to convince others but most of it's trying to convince one's self.
As I've mentioned to a few, he'll be overseeing a Cap Marquee this Saturday (one that I'm signed up for) so it'll be interesting to see how he openly regard the pieces and set in front of the players and the store owner.
No set's right for everyone, too. I suspect that most of the regulars in this thread will be very excited for Superman once that hits, and while I'm interested in it, too, it's unlikely to be as broad an interest as I have in this set.

I'm marginally interested in the set, I just can't afford it!
