Was checking out the Buy/Sell threads. Guy had 34 ATA cards I need. He wanted $3 a pop for them. I offer him a lower price. He counters. I take a couple of days to think about it and come back and say I didn't want to spend the amount he offered. He lowers his price a small amount, I agree and Paypal him immediately.

He then sends me the tracking number the next day and states, "I had sold 3 of the ATAs before i heard back from you. I did not realize that until i packed it all up. Sorry about that. "

WTF. We agreed on X cards for Y price. He isn't delivering. I so distrust him now that I may need to film me opening the package out of mistrust.
