Are TMNT Purple Dragons H, N, V?

The Purple Dragons are considered villains, but also heroes depending on which source you're looking at. Quoting from the wiki:

"The Purple Dragons (also know as the Flaming Dragons) are common enemies of the Ninja Turtles in many incarnations of the TMNT franchise, with their first appearance in the opening pages of the very first comic. They are a New York street gang mostly consisting of low-level thugs."

EDIT: Nobody (Purple Dragon) is a former Purple Dragons member turned hero from the IDW comics.

Malo is part of the reformed (vigilante) IDW Purple Dragons.

We'll start Core draft when The championship teams get their Keepers and Drops to me. We won't start the Core draft before Sunday. We will start Core Draft for sure by Monday night.

I think Dr Frankinstein should be listed as a hero, the book was about him not the monster and he wasn't at all villainous, he simply got in over his head when he made the monster.
