When Decipher came out with their CCG, I bought a pack to check it out, and pulled the Luke Skywalker card. I got sucked into the mouth of the Sarlacc for many years and spent thousands of dollars. I think Hero Clix will be my last "got sucked in" hobby.

I'll admit that until we demo'ed the game at Games Expo, I was kinda "meh" about it. But I like the gameplay, the cards, and the ability to hoard 800,000 Tie Fighters in a 3D form without ending up in divorce-causing debt.

So what I'm not part of Team Vegas? Well then I guess I don't need to run of venue for some team I'm not in....And after I bought a stinkin hat. Think I'll burn it!

I was thinking that should read TV '04 or '05 because indicating '07 slaps the faces of everyone else that actually plays in Vegas in '07. Looks more like an "obit" or list of old military unit buddies to me (I think Tyler (also not listed) is the only other person that can come close to identifying with the last reference).

Hey y'all. Been a looooonnnnnnggg time since I posted, and boy did I have a ton of posts read to get up to speed. WTF is going on with Team Vegas? We were a united front against clix stagnation and overall boredom. Now we can't figure out how to have fun playing our favorite game? I know when I stopped playing regularly, I didn't take the mirth and mayhem with we. Team Vegas aint' (and has never been) just about clix. If it was, TV woulda been dead a long time ago. Team Vegas is about a group of great guys who just so happened to love comics and pop culture. What happened to the Team Vegas group trips to Comic Movies? More importantly, what happened to the comraderie we usedta share?! I admit that I just can come around as often as before, and hell I may be outta line with this post, but I just say "Screw It" the same way we all usedta say "Screw Fellowship!" Guys, before things get too biatchy, remember one thing from this post:

Well I think there is alittle more than surface stuff going on here, but I think we can get over it! It seems we need a Leader who can unite us under one sword an who won't put up with any garbage as well. I certianly have "waved the flag" of team Vegas recently at WWLA. Bubblehead certianly did us proud as well! I think we need a sit down meeting with all parties involved to hash things out. I still believe at the end of the day we all feel the same way, it's just we got way too overcompetitive (against the wrong enemy) along the way.
