A couple of things. First, 10 mafia members, even with them being opposing, is too many for one game (as I learned in Favorite Clix). The theory is that will kill each other, but in this game, the town was slaughtered.
It wasn't for lack of trying. I kept trying to kill the other mafia and hitting town instead.

Well, my theory was sound - keep sending Mafia into each other - I just didn't have any to back me (as I was fast realizing). Made a mistake on waloan, sorry. Hope Truff enjoys that win with...oh, yeah. She doesn't know the character or care.

Plus, I could win with the mafia as long as I never killed them so I was looking for targets that I KNEW weren't mafia but that also looked bad enough so I could play it off as a vig kill if necessary.
How did I die? Seemed like Plague got me with some kinda delayed nightkill.

I actually referenced the wrong character in your death write-up. I used Pestilence instead of Famine. Famine kept targeting you with a threshold lowering (another aspect I didn't care for). If your threshold reached zero, you died. It was a bonus kill for the mafia that granted, could have backfired, but you would have died that day if Famine wasn't misdirected one of the nights. The day you were lynched, you were at a -4 on the votes and 5 was needed for a majority. All it took was one vote on you.
Also, I had Darq pegged as mafia awhile back but purposely never pushed on him because I didn't want the mafia to nk Storm or rush lynch me.
Not sure why everyone was so darn suspicious of Rokk the whole game. I was pretty sure he was town. Of course, janitoring his mason partner on night one would have that effect.

I do not care for that mechanic. I am annoyed that the mafia used it on me, when I was going out of my way to not hurt them.
Oh well. My role was a bit overpowered so I shouldn't complain.
Because by now we have enough new people who can get distracted by a shiny Rokk in their path, that it's smart Mafia strategy to waste a Day phase or two with me. People need to not get so tunnel-visioned because they got blindsided in one game.

Or five.
I really think my role was what unbalanced things in this game.
Two mafias of five players? That's big but with a potential 3 kills a night from factions against each mafia, mafia members should have been dying at night, too.
A vig dies, the serial killer (who can't be nked) is given motivation to never target mafia members and a little luck and 2-3 townies die a night without any scummers dying. That makes it really hard for the town to win. Maybe Raven assumed the sker would get lynched or accidentally target mafia.
If I had a standard sk win condition, I'd have been targeting scummy players just about every night to keep things balanced, which I think would have had quite an effect on the outcome. As is, I gave the mafia an extra kill just about every night.
I suppose I should wait until I see the roles, though. For all I know, there were bulletproof townies and doctors out the wazoo to make up for the extra kills.
That was unexpected. I thought Vlad -had- to be lynched with 2/3. My role said unnightkillable and nothing about when the rest of your mafia is gone. I mostly was working on trying to have my mafia survive the night so we would have the numbers to lynch. Though inability to participate was making that difficult and a tad frustrating.
Rokk, I felt bad when people were accusing you of being Onslaught. I was trying to think of a way to say I was, without being accused. But I think only you are capable of successfully hiding in plain sight.
I'm happy with this win. I put a lot of thought into things, so I'm good with it. Gratz h2. You did good.
I was definitely unhappy with how I died, but I loved our mafia team. Lots of fun going on there. And good to know I was right about onslaught being mafia... Just not rokk.
