Hey you can't be too anal about what's probably the best Super Villain Book Ever Written.
Seriously...Thunderbolts is close...but I'd still say Ostrander is slightly better.
I also prefer Suicide Squad to the Thunderbolts. It's a shame that there isn't an ongoing Suicide Squad series anymore. At least they've been popping up in Secret Six.
I know it's not a villains book, but I miss Checkmate too. Great superhero politics and plenty of the Suicide Squad.
I understand what you're saying, but a Dick-Bats needed to happen and happen soon.
Yeah, yeah - I get it, and I'm not raining on anyones parade. It's a good figure, one that I'll use - but I don't necessarily want it.
The needed to happen and happen soon schtick is one that's a CONSTANT battle - Winnick's Outsiders (introduced in Legacy) should have been completed in Collateral Damage - and now thanks to the passing of time, they are almost irrelevant.
I'm mostly interested, given the sculpt for this Batman, if there's a matching sculpt for Robin in this set. It's funny because I'm of two minds about it. If you're going to do the comic cover, at least do both the heroes on it. So I want there to be a matching Robin, however if there is, expect me to harp about how we didn't need another Modern Age Robin. Bleah.
coming soon : nu52 Hercules

Well despite the names being shared I consider them different teams just like I would not count The New Cleveland Browns as having the history as the old ones not the New Young Allies with old Young Allies
Nightshade yeah technically yeah I forgot her as she was working on the other side undercover
Karen and Briscoe (and Father Creamer and Murphy and Flo and Fats Waller) I dont count as they are support staff

She's on the first lineup of the team in its own book. She's on the cover of the first issue of Suicide Squad. I consider the team from issue 1 as the first lineup, and I always will. It's the team for me.
Also, the team also had Nightshade, Karen Grace, and Briscoe/Sheba, if I remember correctly.

That's why I said "technically." Because I'm just being pedantic at this point.

Yes, Nightshade was indeed undercover, along with Nemesis. However, Nightshade actually made it onto the cover of issue 1, whereas Nemesis was left out.
I would absolutely count Karen and Briscoe as part of the team since they were in the field. In fact, Briscoe/Sheba are as much a part of the field team as Deadshot, Boomerbutt and the other field operatives. I would also count Amanda Waller as part of the lineups on the missions where she was in the field.
Well you know I thought I was going to object to a preview of Batman but since its Dick I can accept it.
Now Wizkids just make the next 3 previews Kanja Ro, Vril Dox and Nemesis and I am a happy camper
I keep seeing "Kanja Ro" mentioned repeatedly in this thread. Who the heck is that? Is he related to the Justice League villain Kanjar Ro? Is there some colored Lantern characters whose name is just very close to the Justice League Kanjar Ro? Is this some Kanga & Roo (from Winnie the Pooh) type character? I would very much like to have Kanjar Ro, but I don't know anything about "Kanja Ro".
So, in summary, I would like to see Atrocitus and Kanjar Ro, but I have no interest in Atrocious or Kanja Ro.

Yeah but Ostrander's getting on in years....and it probably wouldn't measure uip :\
Kanjar Ro was pretty much a space pirate who had a gong that he could bang....that would freeze the world...he also enslaved the justice league to Row in his giant Space...canoe...or something...
Yeah that boat in the JLA Museum Map...that's his

I guess thats the way you view them but I see them as support staff and the only time I count Waller is when she picked up a gun and went on missions. Briscoe was basically pick up and support. Karen would only count on the mission where she went on the field and that was not this first mission

Actually I thought that boat was the Wolrdgog since it was the JSA Museum not the JLA
and as to my spelling of Kanjar Ro I just went by how they spelled in on Brave and the Bold
