The closer to the speed of light you get, the more mass you gain, right?
Something like that. I'm not a physicist by trade, so I'm a little fuzzier on the more advanced things, but this is what I've repeatedly heard.
EDIT: This is why Einstein theorized it is impossible to go faster than the speed of light. It takes greater amounts of energy to accelerate you as you go faster/gain mass, and by the time you are approaching the speed of light, there is not enough energy in the universe to accelerate you beyond that.

Lt. Commander charlesx, you up for teaming up with BoyBlunder to visit the crew quarters?
(Yeah, threw ranks in there. They don't really mean anything, I just thought it would be fun to do at least once and it felt kind of right between our current location and the crew positions that were said to Picard.)

Not really. I think that the sooner we go to the bridge and tap into the onboard computer, the better chance we'll have of getting some information. Going down to the engine room could be a trap. I want to be where I can scan for life forms and find out whether we have any unfriendlies left aboard the ship.
I'm with Jawa and Wilson.

Well, if it's alright with you, then, I'm going to instead plan to follow Boyblunder to the Crew Quarters and trust you to keep an eye on Wilson. I'd rather not have anyone wandering around by themselves at the moment, just to be on the safe side.
So instead, we have:
Captain Jawa & Commander BoyBlunder: Crew Quarters
Jawa shimmies, shakes and a small gun appears in his hand! It seems to have two settings, but they're just marked 1 and 2. Blunder tries to figure out the piece of paper, but pondering alone doesn't seem to help! Maybe if there was something to use it on...
Jawa and Boy Blunder appear in the Crew Quarters. Unfortunately, the Klingons lie dead, and are resting in pieces. It looks as if they've been hacked to bits by some kind of energy weapon!
You hear a low-pitched hissing sound from further into the Quarters, as if someone's breathing from a diving tank...
Lantern and Pax rush to the Engine Room, to find that it's a smoldering mess! In fact, if the engine doesn't get fixed relatively soon, this entire ship may explode! A group of men in white suits are also there, admiring their handiwork. Then they admire you. By lifting their guns.
"Halt! In the name of the Empire!"
Gulp.
CharlesX and Wade make their way to the bridge just in time to see that droid take out the Klingon Captain with a well-aimed blaster bolt. The droid sees Wade and flips out. Apparantly it's programmed to Kill All Klingons or something, because it's firing!
I cannot wait to get my Trek Attribute. Stun and Kill Jawa, Stun and Kill!
Also, it should be a rule that I still succeed at killing the Storm Troopers on a Critical Miss and that they can only hit me on a Crit hit. Because Stormies are pathetic.

I leap forward into the bridge and try to get the Klingon captain's holstered disruptor so that I can fry me some blaster-wielding killer droid.
Do I need to make a roll, Jack?
