Being an older GL fan myself, I'm all for a good new Kilowog. Nothing against the movie versions, because I do like them, but I just would like a new "real" one. As well as Salaak and Ch'p.

By the way, I would love to see some new Rocket Red and Manhunters as well. What can I say, I love both those guys, and love generics as well.

Yeah, I'm the same way. The Manhunters have a mixed record...the cosmic justice generics and LE were in a pretty bad way even when they came out, but the Arkham Asylum one is still pretty spiffy if not exactly stellar. I'd love to see a new Manhunter generic that takes a few design pages from other robots to have starting lines for 100, 75, and 50 points, and a Rare or LE 2.0 that pushes up into the 150-225 bracket. So, totally cribbing design notes from the DOFP 001 Sentinel and 023 Sentinel Alpha 3. As my sig indicates, I also want my Rocket Reds! I play the new Batman one interchangeably as Pushkin and Ivanovich because old Dmitri is...not so hot. I'd love to be able to field Kilowog and the Reds and have them be not-bad. They don't need to be meta, they just need to not suck!

Something I forgot to bring up before now: It's weird - not in a good way, either - that the basic Hal from the Sinestro Corps starter set lacks the Justice League keyword.

Granted, he's missed a few meetings in recent issues, and with good reason (it's one thing to be "Highball Hal," quite another to be in charge of the whole GL Corps). But whereas the alternate-Corps Hals (Blue, Orange, etc.) don't necessarily need the JL keyword, the basic green Hal does, IMHO.

Guy and Jade, at least, have the keyword, and I'd be very surprised if John Stewart and Kyle's GL versions lack it. (Simon may or may not have it, and tbh, I rather hope he does.) Hopefully, Hal will be errataed.

If you need a JL keyworded Hal, use the Hal from DC10 or TT.

I'll wait and see how John Stewart's LE version turns out before I seek the TT Hal. I'm just looking for a GL with the JL keyword to put with my JL team, but it doesn't have to be Hal. I plan to put Guy back with the JLI team I have, once I see how the rest of the WoL Earth Lanterns shake out.
