This may be a silly thought, but are we sure that the Mind Gem will be in this set? Six non-chase items in the set and six gems. It seems like a safe assumption.

However, it would probably be more fitting for it to come with a Professor X in the Dark Phoenix set.

Four of the gems have been previewed and a fifth has been mentioned on previewed characters, but so far I don't think any revealed figures have referenced the Mind Gem.

The Soul Gem only interracts with Dr Strange. It might just interract with only the person who comes with it

We already know the gardener only interacts with the time gem (because designers don't do their research ) and we already have a stellar new warlock fig. So perhaps the Inbetweener? Even though we recently got him too?

No, not just 'has/gets' in canon. Actually needs the equipment to change how their special abilities work. Namor and Iron Man came with gems that they need to use their printed abilities
