I know they teamed up to fight the Scorpion, but the only other team-up I remember was when they battled Vermin, and I don't know if I'd characterize him as a Spidey villain. Were those the two you were thinking of?

But it reads, in the first line, like you mean they teamed up twice against the same guy, but then you changed your mind and made it into two different guys.
