Agent Axis (He's three! Three! Three nasty spies in one!)
VAS ?!?!?!
I thought for sure that would tie-up the thread for a day. Ah, well.
You got it right.
Das Thread ist yours, Herr CuCr... or ist it Herr "Stumpy" ?
Funny, that. I used to attend gatherings of pulp magazine collectors given at the home of longtime collector Al Tonik. I would sometimes greet him with "Gut abend, Herr Tonik." He laughed. (Get it?)
Or "Master Shirley"? Actually, it was "Master". Cage was "allowed" to refer to him by his actual name, which I have now forgotten. And you also got the reason why right, which I was tempted to ask, but refrained, as I remember being reprimanded by a moderator for the whole Martian thing several months back.

Shirley.
OK, new Q: on two different occasions, Spider-Man has teamed up with Captain America to fight a super-villain best known as a Spider-Man foe. Which two Spider-baddies did Cap and Spidey fight together?

Can you be less confusing? You first say they fight "a" villian, then say it's two baddies. Make up your mind.

I know they teamed up to fight the Scorpion, but the only other team-up I remember was when they battled Vermin, and I don't know if I'd characterize him as a Spidey villain. Were those the two you were thinking of?
But it reads, in the first line, like you mean they teamed up twice against the same guy, but then you changed your mind and made it into two different guys.
